Toys on Fire UK Opiniões

This was my first ever purchase of a high end figure (Inart Superman). With it being such an expensive and special thing I was really nervous and messaged the folk at Toys on Fire a lot before committing. They were amazing, always had friendly and quick replies. The process was seamless, I went with monthly instalments and as it was a pre-order they sent out periodic updates during the wait. Absolute 10/10 recommendation

Amazing service as always!
You can never fault with the service you get from toys on fire!
Had countless figures from him and multiple on preorder due for release.
You’d struggle to find a better uk seller about!

I've purchased Hot Toys from various sites since getting into collecting and I'll be using Toys on Fire from now on. Great prices, great communication and fast shipping, can't say anything negative!

Great service, bought item yesterday afternoon and it arrived today before noon. Great item as wel

Toys on fire are amazing if you collect Hot Toys especially if you are in the UK. I've purchased my 3rd figure from them and the service is always exceptional. I would highly recommend them if you are wanting to collect 1/6 collectables.

This has got to be one of the best Hot Toys suppliers, been buying for years never had a problem.... buy with complete confidence....

Just received my Hot Toys Remnant Snow Trooper and am over the moon!
I have been buying from Toys on Fire for a couple of years now and would highly recommend them to any collector. Great communication and service without fail.
And always happy to answer any questions you may have.
Excellent!

Great product. Good communication. My Hot Toys collectable arrived today. I have another on order and feel very happy and secure in the knowledge that Toys on Fire can deliver. I had a bad experience before when I bought direct from a company in Hong Kong. I feel a lot happier purchasing from Toys on Fire as they are based in the UK.

Top business, top customer service.
1:6 scale figures is sometimes a risky purchase when paying the high prices, and Toys On Fire delivered.

I initially received the incorrect item (a standard instead of deluxe), I was really annoyed at first, but it happens. Reached out to them and they responded almost instantly. They offered to send me the missing parts which I was more than happy with. Then they said actually we’ll provide a return label for you to send back the opened standard item and we’ll send the deluxe.
It’s an easy enough fix but the understanding and speed in which they resolved the issue, I found was very good of them.
Will be purchasing my figures from them going forward.

I have made a few preorders from them, and every time the figure is shipped promptly and packed with great care, ensuring that even the packaging is in excellent condition. They also reply to queries very quickly. Definitely recommend!

I can’t recommend Toys on Fire highly enough! The service was absolutely perfect from pre order to finish. Friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about the hobby, he goes out of his way to make sure everything is spot on every time .
Communication was fast and helpful, the figure is incredible, and the whole experience was seamless. It’s rare to find a seller this dedicated and trustworthy, an absolute credit to the 1/6 collecting community!

From pre order to delivery was smooth and no problems, once chewbacca was released it came extremely quickly, great service,I have two more pre orders on order and they won’t be the last 👍that’s why I only use toys on fire🔥🔥🔥🔥

Never fails to deliver, best 1/6 scale seller in the UK. Delivery is super quick and always packaged extremely well to avoid any damage to the figure. Communication is spot on and can never do enough to help you.

I've used ToF a few times now and they haven't faltered in any area from ordering to communication to delivery not to mention aquiring amazing figures pretty much on release
I'd highly recommend ToF 100%

I've ordered multiple inart figures from toys on fire and they are a brilliant company to order from. Well priced and each item has been sent out securely packaged. Very good communication as well, which isn't the case with other companies I've ordered from in the past. I will definitely continue to order from toys on fire.

A* service my General Grevious was delivered to an incorrect address by parcel force, Toys on Fire were amazing and couldn’t do enough to put things right. My new addition arrived two days later in mint condition and at a great price! I have brought over 10 hot toys from Toys on Fire and have never had an issue! Thank you and I would highly recommend!!!!

Always my first choice when ordering Hot Toys 🔥 customer service is first class as well as shipping times. Great payment plans offered. I wouldn't go anywhere else now and have ordered many figures from Toys On Fire. 5 stars all round

Personal touch , mesage to say item was shipping , fast delivery on top of that , just a great service all round

For me, ToysonFire is THE go to guy for all things Hot Toys. This time I picked up with Hot Toys General Grievous Figure, and could not be happier. Clear communication on prices, expected arrival dates and even checks in to make sure everything is all good with the order.

ToF has previously bailed me out when a previous supplier failed to deliver on their pre-orders, securing me long released figures that were hard to come across anywhere else and for solid prices!

Never have and likely never will have a bad thing to say about ToF!

Excellent service! Good communication! A trusted seller I’ve bought from for about 2 to three years now. Got my wolverine deluxe delivered yesterday in excellent condition.
