Being told you may have knotweed on a property you are selling is a very stresful devlopment. So to be able to get the pictures uploaded one evening and have an answer back by 9.45 the following morning with the news that it is not Knotweed was fantastic on many levels. To be honest I was expecting that we would be at least having to pay for a survey to confirm. But No I got a clear and concise 'good news' e mail back which restored my faith in proper companies that are ethical and fair in how they do business. will certainly promote them on my social media stuff.

Survey before house sale
TP Knotweed conducted a survey of my property before it went on the market. Japanese Knotweed was present in my neighbour's garden and was subject to a management plant with TP. The survey TP provided to me was thorough, it confirmed no knotweed was observed on my property and that my neighbour's property was subject to a treatment plan. My house sold quickly with many thanks to assurance provided in the survey from TP.

Thank you for sharing such a positive outcome!
Selling a property when Japanese knotweed is present next door can understandably create additional questions and uncertainty for prospective buyers. We're delighted that our survey provided the clear, thorough documentation needed to establish the position at your property and confirm the management arrangements already in place next door.
It's particularly rewarding to hear that our report helped provide confidence during the sale process and that your property sold so quickly.
Thank you for placing your trust in TP Knotweed Solutions. We wish you all the very best with your next chapter!
