The entire process was very easy for me because I am not computor savvy and have on multiple occasions given up on ordering items online due to difficulty with certain websites. The delivery time was excellent , I ordered the bike on Wednesday and received it on Friday exactly as promised.

Although I have not received my order yet, I feel confident that everything is going to be good. I had trouble with my bank and order was canceled. Being a mother's day present, I was devastated. I called Tracer and was immediately texted back, I was reassured by a great customer support staff member. I reordered after banking issue was resolved and text back a thank you to the customer agent, who took it upon him or herself and made sure that my order was shipped that day. I am very excited for my order and 100% believe that customer service will be a direct reflection of the quality of the product.

I purchased the Tracer Loiter and I absolutely LOVE it! I bought it in blue and get compliments wherever I take it. I live near San Francisco and have no problems going up the steep streets with it's 800 watt motor, or traveling around the city with 1 charge.

Was able to get the parts needed in a timely manner. Thanks again.

How can you have someone be able to order something that isn't in stock. Tried to order a Micargi Luna on Friday at the start of the sale and by Monday night my order was canceled saying that it was no longer in stock. Tried to call customer service and they tried telling me that it was out of stock, but it was on their website being available for the regular price. I won't do business with this company again. Thanks for ruining my wife's birthday!

This cruiser beach ebike is sooo amazing! You have to see it in person to experience the quality and looks. I purchased the black step over type and it’s beautiful! I have had other e-bikes ,but this one is the best! If you want the coolest cruiser bike ,this is the one!
