Very happy
I recently had a Ghost Immobiliser fitted and couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Naeem. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
He definitely had it easy on the day as my wife is pregnant and I was at work, but he was incredibly patient and understanding throughout. What really stood out was how he took the time to explain everything clearly. Whenever I didn’t understand something, he broke it down and made it so simple and easy to follow. Nothing felt rushed, and he made sure we were completely comfortable with how everything worked before he left.

After making an initial enquiry I have been dealing with Jabez. He has provided me with all the information to make an informed decision and has done everything he said he would do (calling me on time) really efficient and really professional. Had Naeem come and fit my immobiliser yesterday. He was very friendly, helpful and gave me a clear step by step on how the ghost works.
