Ho provato TSC dopo un'altra esperienza con un altro copiatore. La differenza è stata netta: questo servizio permette di impostare un numero elevato di opzioni e settaggi per adeguarsi ad ogni necessità derivante dalla copia dai canali Telegram, ognuno con diverse esigenze.
Soprattutto una vera assistenza che mi ha accompagnato nella impostazione dei molti settaggi disponibili, e nella interazione con un broker che altrimenti non funzionava.
Io ho utilizzato il nuovo servizio di Cloud che permette di copiare con PC spento e senza altri costi aggiuntivi.
Son molto soddisfatto.

Ho avuto problema tecnico con la impostazioni dei vari parametri e sopratutto con il collegamento telegram e il supporto tutto il tempo mi ha aiutato finché tutto fosse risolto. Excelente lavoro del supporto

Problème d’AI grisé et non modifiable sur le logiciel installé sur VPS, résolu en moins de 24 heures via le canal telegram dedié. De nouveau le même problème après changement de VPS, j’espère une aussi bonne issue avec autant de rapidité. Merci

Customer support very slow

Support team answered the questions I had, helped setting up correctly yo avoid the issues I had due to wrong configuration. Also guided me on what keywords to enter to reduce the amount of errors caused due to wrong entry on keywords. Still waiting to see the results this program will offer starting next month now that i have everything set up correctly. Would just suggest to inform how communication should be driven through telegram as I was replying to the message received and seems like they werent able to see my message until the reply wasnt done from the original message received

These guys are nothing short of amazing and very professional. Every time I have a question or need help they always are happy to assist. The new copier on the server instead of the VPS is an absolute game changer. Very fast , very easy and helps get those trades in then you're at work.

Support is very knowlegeable. They solved an issue that I had very fast.

Signals sometimes take more than 10 minutes to arrive my MT4 account and support can't even tell why. They say it's Telegram program. How is this possbile if other copier don't have same problem?

I am not that tech-savvy and I am a hands-on person,
1st thing I loved about TSC is their OUTSTANDING customer support on telegram(no bots, no AI, no fill in this form and that form and yada yada yada so NO BS)you get a human who has seen 99.99% of the issues and knows exactly how to guide you, even what you didn't knew you needed = PROFESIONALISM
2nd thing, TIMING, it's instant or max 2 minutes, not 24h or never reply like some other companies i know....again NO BS
I don't know about others, but when it comes to buying a service or a product, in my case at least, I want it to work flawlessly; that's why I paid for it and I am definitely not gonna be waiting until someone gets in the mood to check the emails
3rd as previously mentioned, PROFESSIONALISM even when dealing with stubborn people like me, I wanted the documentation and got exactly what I asked for. They have a huge library, and I just didn't feel like chatting at that instance but wanted a step-by-step guide to do at my own pace when I felt like doing so..... Again NO BS
I know I can trust them because whatever happens Customer service is always there and is properly trained to provide the solution to my need no matter how stupid/big/small my question or my mood can be(ofc being respectful always) ....

I have owned TSC for a few years now, and I pick it up and put it down every time I find something I need to automate. Every time I have forgotten to set it up, either the vast documents and videos they have really helped, but above all, the online Telegram support I have never waited long, and they always solve my issues, even when I have done something dumb. They don't point it out. This is a company I'd like to see lasting for a long time. PS thanks Theo (Legend)
