Customer service won´t give a refund.
The setup is to complex for me and some of the onboarding videos are outdated already.
Furthermore, the customer service wasn't willing to give me a refund and wanted me to make them a video why its to complex for me :D

Sorry for the trouble you faced. We do offer free 1-to-1 remote desktop setup (start to finish) and updated onboarding so you don’t have to struggle—just book a slot and we’ll complete the installation for you. The copier is a solid product and works as described.
We’ll review it promptly under our refund policy and resolve this either by finishing the setup for you or processing the request if you’re eligible. We’re standing by to help you get this sorted fast.

Outstanding. What can I say. I've got the basic package and it does exactly what I need. The help from the TSC team in setting it up is 5*. There really isnt much more to say other than these guys are great.

WONDERFUL and beyond.
It has taken me ages to give this review because I had stopped using copiers for a while, but I contacted them even though it had been a year since I got my license and they fixed all issues, helped me find my channels and set it all up during the weekend. On my Timezone!!!!!!
So grateful, will give an update review after I test this week. But it looks like it will be great!
