We're sorry to hear that the panel wasn't what you were expecting. The panel you purchased is designed differently from some other products on the market, with a slimmer and lighter construction to make installation easier while still meeting all required fire, safety and performance standards.
The previous panel you mentioned was purchased from a different supplier, so there may be differences in design, frame depth and overall construction. Our panels are manufactured to provide the necessary strength and compliance while reducing unnecessary weight.

Secondly, what an amazing product, quick and easy to install and solid.

The units are quite expensive but…
The units are quite expensive but convenient.
Quality of manufacture is ok but the design of the hinge system on some units is marginal. you would not want to be using the hatch for daily access as it would not las.
When i wanted an extra hatch I found selecting the correct model quite tricky on the website and ordered one which worked but was not totally the same.

Great Service with Friendly Staff
I was disappointed to see the skylight damaged.
After I spoke to the office they replaced it within 2 days.
The service I received from the Trade Access Panel was excellent.

The products were delivered within the quoted delivery times . The panels were packed in a robust cardboard box and securely internal packaging endured they were undamaged . The panels have been manufactured to a high standard and great painted finish and simple to fit .

Old loft hatch was a non standard size…
Old loft hatch was a non standard size and looked horrible. Ordered a made to measure metal insulated hatch. Arrived on the day promised and fits perfectly.
Super easy to install and looks a million times better than the old one.
