Quite honestly the best company ive ever had dealings with! My builder (Custom Perfection 5*) Ask me to order and pay! From the call i made at 7-30am and spoke to a very cheery lady, to the txt link I received with every step of the order process listed! Absolutely excellent! Then the delivery was booked between 12-2 arriving at 12-10. Thank you for a Absolutely fantastic service! Will definitely recommend to all my friends! Well done guys! A pleasure to deal with you! 👍

I needed a new cartridge for my shower but couldn’t identify the part I required.
One quick phone call and an exchange of emails and Ashlyn had it sorted.
I haven’t received the new part yet but have been advised it’s on its way to me.
Nonetheless, I have been very impressed with the quality and speed of service.

I bought a bathroom shower door (along-with few other things) in 2018. Recently, door top roller came off. I looked around online and visited few shops - but could not procure exact replacement. I did not think about contacting Tradebase really - 1/ its nearly 7 years since the purchase 2/ the purchase was made by my plumber (who I could not contact). But I still gave a shot. To my surprise - they located the purchase with my post code, and offered free replacement. There was another small issue - door handle was broken (its just wear and tear). Tradebase also gave me a free of this. I am delighted. Family fab happy.
Will surely use Tradebase in future. Definitely recommend.
With all the talks about sustainability/ making less landfill - many firms promise to lengthen their product life, and actually does the opposite - they want to sell new items. I have had similar bad experience with B n 'Q. Kudos to Tradebase that they are actually making an effort.

Had an issue with a snapped hinge on a bath shower screen I purchased through Tradebase several months ago. Spoke to Helen Blake in their customer service department and she had it sorted within 24hrs. How easy life would be if all companies dealt with their customers this way.

We ordered a new toilet,cistern and kitchen sink. The delivery arrived on the date given but we did not notice until the driver had left that the cistern was broken.
After informing Tradebase, they made immediate plans to deliver another one which has just been delivered in perfect condition. The customer service we have received has been second to none.
I would certainly recommend this company to anyone.

The bathroom furniture we got was of very cheap standard. Most of the plinths and doors have peeled. Which are suppose to be water resistant. Thus far within the guarantee period they have replaced these. We now have the same thing happening on another plinth with in the guarantee period doing exactly the same as the others yet they are refusing to change and saying they have no record of any past replacements . All cupboards were continuously thouroughly dried to manufacture instructions if needed. Each plinth that was previously replaced was different to the original ie properly sealed. And different to the original ones.
Poor quality furniture and customer service

Small friendly company with personal service & good product range .Any issues , damages are dealt with promptly .

I purchased a shower screen from trade direct. The delivery was very quick and the delivery person very helpful. Unfortunately my screen did not fit so I needed to return the item. Chantelle at customer services was very helpful and arranged for the item to be collected.

We found tradebase after spotting them as a seller on B&Q but wanted to know if we could have faster delivery and trade discount so contacted them directly. Amazing customer service, we needed a bath quickly and they found one in stock for us and are delivering it the next day. Super helpful and fantastic product range. If you need bathroom products give these guys a call!

Where do I start…: being using them probably 5 years now can’t fault have them. They go that extra mile every time to help my business in sourcing products which we need to operate . My business doesn’t work without them so thank you very much …highly recommended them give them ago you won’t be disappointed
