Steph and Stephen both have excellent knowledge and are always quick to respond and sort any issues out very quickly, I highly recommend their service.

We've been using Tradebox for many years (maybe a decade now!) and always been super happy with the software and support. Tickets always answered promptly and issues resolved. They recently went the extra mile to fix an FTP related issue and consulted directly with our web dev to save time. Highly recommended it.

The product was the best solution on the market for what we needed, onboarding was excellent, very helpfull. Continued support is always great. Can't fault them in anyway.

Another year of great service. With our renewal time coming up I thought it timely to post a review to say how happy our business is with the service we receive from the Tradebox staff. Always on hand to resolve any issues there maybe and to be honest, there are very few. Highly recommend.

Tradebox is simply one of the best investments we have made.
Whilst we had been trading with Amazon FBM and Amazon Vendor for many years the transition to include FBA created many challenges for us, specifically integration with our existing systems.
Tempers were fraught and the amount of time I was having spend on this was simply unsustainable.
The support received both trialling and then implementing Tradebox was excellent (a lot of patience was required and given!).
We are well into month 2 of using Tradebox during which time I haven't raised one support ticket. This is due to the platform being very intuitive and user friendly and also the support articles and forums having easily answered anything, and in plain English.
Obviously we are in early days of using Tradebox and expect there will be issues that I need some help with but am confident that support will be there to resolve.

Great Software, saves a huge amount of time, incredibly helpful staff. For my small business it is pricey and a significant chunk. But, compared to the time it saves it is still worth it.

Had many dealings with tradebox and been a client for 8 years. Steph and Stephen and the team have been nothing short of brilliant. Over the years i have had many issues mostly non tradebox related. Always resolved promptly. They have addressed problems for me that they needn't fix or advise. So go ahead and use them.

Cant believe these muppets, we left a poor review due to poor service and the owner tried to remove the reviews on TRUSTPILOT stating it was a false review. now they are fully verified reviews.
Yes 3 of our staff or directors have left them reviews based on their experiences they have had with TB.
Lets hope this is the last time i have to post on any site about this company. But they are still talked about at Networking groups. So please be careful signing up to use them.

Expect more on other sites if you wish to carry this on Mr TradeBox. More people know about you the better and to trial ADEPT if using Sage as so easy once setup. I have others also.
Shame you don't have a phone line to communicate or reply to emails.

Due to a minor dispute we had our contract terminated.
We were not happy with the new format regarding customer support, which resulted in us leaving negative feedback. After some time we contacted them and they replied stating if we remove the negative feedback they may look at renewing our contract. After agreeing this would be the way forward they then revoked their offer.

Tried to pay for a new licence. Which we have had running for the last 14 plus years on auto renewal.
But as the owner of our company left Tradebox poor feedback due to the lack of support now offered and no way of contacting them on the phone or email anymore which changed last year.
The owner of Tradebox don't want to do business anymore.
Nevermind will let people know of the other solutions very soon.
Which is in the process trials currently and & £250.00 Setup and £50.00 annual renewal is far cheaper than the TB One that works most of time but like everything has issues from time to time.

We use Tradebox to integrate Xero to invoice our sales from Ebay and Woo-commerce to great success. It was easy to install and get each sales channel running. The invoices are automatically created with the goods and shipping put onto the correct ledgers, with the correct VAT applied in Xero dependant on the buyers country. Tradebox picks up the SKU's from each sales channel and posts them to Xero so we can keep track of stock and sales volumes for each product type. It does all this 99.9% seamlessly with no human intervention which saves 20 hours a week of admin. There is the occasional update that needs doing by hand, or some change that Ebay make that means some support is required to get us back up and working BUT everytime I've picked up the phone to tradebox an actual real human being answers the phone quickly and knows their product inside and out. Often they just do a remote access for me and have me back up and running in 5 minutes. I was pushed into electronic sales tracking due to the making VAT digital saga, followed by Sage's daft new subscription model. Then we tried the SageOne product that was a bit of joke and the support was useless. Xero has been great to use, and with tradebox we "almost" have an account system that runs itself. Fully recommended and would suggest you have a little play with the trial version and setup a Xero trial too then let it migrate your sales invoices for a week to see it working for yourself.

Tradebox support team are very helpful, informative and nothing is too much trouble. Any queries that I have had have been solved quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Tradebox at any opportunity.

Support from Tradebox is second to none! I have never had such great support from and software service, they are friendly and willing to help with any issue (also very patient)

The Tradebox application does exactly what is advertised and cannot be faulted.
