I've experienced the same thing everyone is saying about this company over the past year. Terrible customer service and upon paying for the software, they try to answer all of your questions. Since I've paid, I haven't gotten a response back. Literally, no response back to any email sent 04/15/2024. Do not believe the reviews they have online.
I did not realize and was not told when purchasing the software that all the settings on the software have to be set/tweaked for different markets/currency pairs, etc. the various combinations of settings were off the chart. I emailed support and they send me a pdf of various ranges that can be used until you find profitable settings. I spent months changing the settings for every currency pair traded and never found any settings that were consistently profitable. Found free indicators on Tradingview that were more accurate/profitable. This software may be workable for some markets, but I needed the software for Forex. I paid a lot of money for the software and just didn't want others to make the same mistake I did buying this software without knowing what they are getting into.

Tradefluction is not responsive to questions if you paid for the algo-software. The default settings should be optimized for a every asset that you may trade and every timeframe as well.
In my experience, the signals are not accurate for futures unless you start tweaking them and switch to tick charts - so then lots of trial and error and this still can produce results that are random.
The example videos on the site are only about 2 minutes long. The only official support material consists of a single pdf file and it does not even explain the possible range of the settings like threshold which is essential for understanding how the algo is supposed to work.
Tradefluction seem not to have any official forum, or discord channel, or even an official support help desk system - all they have is an e-mail support that is not responsive.
Even their English is suspect: 'You need to warm up with the TradingView platform before you can install."
What is the most deceiving is the designated review site of their choice. The same users posting with the same copy-paste content on the same dates.. 0% chance of this being a coincident.
