Very easy to deal with. Slight delay in notifying whether package had been received and if in tact. Had to check Royal Mail app to confirm package had been delivered.

Highest payers in the trade in market…
Highest payers in the trade in market although be prepared to wait, which I was, from the day it was delivered it took 6 WORKING days for payment to be made, which if your not in a rush is worth waiting for as they pay better than cex etc

The whole process of selling was simple and fast. They offered a better trade-in price compared to a competitor and I was very happy that everything went smoothly and as expected.

Happy service all round
Happy service all round. Their valuations are usually higher than other trade-in places and they honour their word with them. I appreciate as well that they take the time to test what you send them. My first time using them, and after this transaction, it certainly won't be the last.

Brilliant scam
Brilliant scam, sent ps5 headphones off in mint condition, quoted £36 (nowhere did it say when submitting the headphones that the charger and jack needed to be included) received an offer of £28 and then quoted £5.15 and within 25 DAYS to get the item back. Please use another website.
