Fantastic all round
Needed to replace balcony sliding door lock. They offered an affordable price, clear details of the lock, I didn’t need a trade account and it arrived in 48h well packaged.

A bit dubious at first
A bit dubious, after reading some negative reviews. The door latches I ordered arrived promptly in 2 days.
My only quibble was that the door handles I ordered & paid for, we’re out of stock. So they do need to update their stock online faster.
But customer service apologised, & I had my money refunded within 2 days.
I raised a query with customer service about which latches to order ? they answered my question , by the next day.
So all in all very satisfied. The latches seem good quality.

very sad this company use to be Fullex…
very sad this company use to be Fullex direct unfortunately Fullex gave me this company which is extremely rude they have put down the phone on me as I needed help to get the correct part and they did not want to help me
Please avoid this company even their parts are bad quality I have changed my lock three time since 2009

Sadly, I appear to hold a different opinion to others having used TradeLocks, I haven't bought anything yet and unlikely to!
I emailed them yesterday asking for help with a specific product for my partner who suffers from debilitating osteoarthritis, the product: 'Red Triangle Universal Access Thumb Turn Grip' so far not a word or reply from them so I shall be taking my business elsewhere, shame as we are part of a disability group serving over 2000 elderly incapacitated individuals with medium to severe arthritis, their loss I'm afraid.

Poor customer service, problerm with orders all the time.
A lishi tool I bought from them broke for the first use. I use them all the time so it's not a user error,r or too much pressure etc. I wrote to them about my problem and no reply. That's not the first time and not the second, I had a problem and it remained unsolved. The problem, problem, a problem all the time.
I will never use them again.
They only solve my problem if I write a bad review. They don't really care.
