Just started with them seems like they are very professionals and did the best to make my onboarding as good as they can, started to trade with the AI and some help from the support that also helped me a lot to get strated, few days in I am really glad with my new journey.

My life savings disappeared down the drain! Pushy Account Manager (Sales!) who threw my money at high-risk trades, and before I knew it I had 2 bank loans around my neck and my account was at zero.

"If it seems too good to be true, it probably is" ringing in my head.

I downloaded the account and got the app and it didn’t ever work properly or show live trades, it only ever seemed to work when the harassing sales people called. After a month of me telling them the app didn’t work they said that something was wrong and this sometimes happens and they gave me a different account.

They ask you to remove some money from your account using the Kraken app, this is the only way they can transfer money (I think they do this to make you think they are an honest company), it is so confusing that you wouldn’t ever be able to do this unless they talked you through it.

Then they started constantly calling everyday trying to get me to pay them more money. Then a few weeks later they say that everything is very volatile and ask you to pay more money as you can make a lot of money when ‘wars’ are happening around the world.

When I didn’t give them anymore money as I wanted to really see how the app works they got very hostile and started shouting on the phone. When I still refused to give them money as I wanted to watch the market (because of the wars) within a few days all my money has been lost through one ‘big’ trade where as before they fluctuated by a few pounds.

When I asked for a report on what had happened I was ignored and given false images of the market that didn’t correlate to the trade on my account.

They within a day of asking questions every penny had been ‘lost’ in my account. They then lost the last few pounds and I had no money left. A week later I couldn’t log into my account at all, they have completely removed me account or log-in details.

You cannot trust this app, or the company behind it, do not waste your money. The app is called TraderAI but the emails from them come from MIC-Market, avoid them both or you will lose your money.

All they want is your hard earned cash, avoid.

Invest and they will call you and ask you to put more cash in the account, it will grow substantially and then they will ask you to put some more in and so on until its time for you to lose the money in the account. Strange that it can go to zero, wouldn't you think that even if you lost some it wouldn't hit ZERO

Traderai has realy surprised me in a very positive manner. My Financial maneger called Eddie he is a very helpfull guy who has given me all the help i needed to start up. I have not felt any pressure of investing extra money, its been a dialog all the way. I will recomend Traderai to all. I made money from day1which i have not experinced by trading on my own or following other peoples alerts.

as not an experienced trader i found it to be much helpful then my bank trading account is, service and support are fine, ai bot helps me make good trades, some days it is making more trades then other days, he does not win all but the progress is mainly positive.

Beware - not the AI trade experience that I signed up for. Handed off to a company called mic-market who have less faourable reviews, some of which reflect my experience.

Not interested in you if you don’t have more than the minimum deposit straight away.
I was hoping to trade over time (ie add money as I was receiving bonus etc from work) by building up my pot but was met with a pretty aggressive person who said if I wasnt going to invest more (ie by next week) like a minimum of $1000 then I’m not worth their time as they’re are a business.
I’ve withdrawn my money and will invest elsewhere going forward.
