Trades Training School Opiniões

Excellent instruction supported by an equally high standard of administration. All members of Trades Training School are highly professional and approachable. I have left these courses with confidence and competence - many thanks guys for a great learning experience.

The course is really hands on with enough theoretical background information, using real life examples, to provide a substantial understanding of the content. The way the course is delivered retains attention and increases the chance of the content actually sinking in.
I left with a greater understanding and more useable knowledge than I thought was possible in the time frame. Overall great experience and highly recommend.

I throughly enjoyed the 2 week tiling course.

I completed the 2 week tiling course with Anthony and Imran. Both guys are really approachable. I received all the 1-1 support I need to achieve all the tasks. They explained and assisted me in a positive way making the whole experience enjoyable.
I’m already looking forward to my next 2 week course and also plumbing in the future.

Course was really good, Anthony and Immy were really welcoming and made you feel comfortable right from the start. They really know their stuff too and are happy to answer as many questions as you can throw at them. Incredible value for money and looking forward to going back to learn some more.

Enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish!
Antony really made it easy from day one making me feel very welcome and could ask him anything he will always willing to help you.

I completed the 2 week plastering course with Ant as my tutor. The course was fantastically ran. By the end of the 2 weeks I could complete a wall and ceiling to a very decent standard. There was never more than 4 students at a time while I was there so you're getting pretty much 1-1mentoring.

I would strongly recommend this to anyone wanting to get into plastering

A fabulous and indepth practical course delivered by an expert Venetian Plasterer. The course was well paced and Rob was generous with his knowledge. We used a variety of materials and covered a range of techniques. Rob demonstrated the process then we tried it out, working on boards and directly on the workshop walls (scale does make a difference) and the walls offered us a chance to deal with internal and external angles.

I learnt a huge amount in 3 days. The course sets you up with good basic skills, material and equipment knowledge, supplier info and an after course WhatsApp group to ask questions and get feedback.

Trades Training School is really well set up and has a good working atmosphere. I would return to do another course.

I did the introductory 5 day plumbing course with Immy and Iain. I started with some basic knowledge having installed a kitchen sink and knowing a little about PTFE tape, compression fittings and how to cut copper pipe. I ended up learning a ton about plastic pipe and push fittings (so much easier than copper), waste pipes, how to bend copper and most importantly how to install a washbasin, a toilet and a radiator. I am a lot more confident and ready to have a go at installing an under the stairs loo and sink and go from there.

Recently done the 2 week plumbing course taught excellently by Mr Martin who was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure you understand everything fully along with throwing in some banter to keep you entertained especially in his wee school boy shorts and wee sparrow legs hanging out the bottom it gave everyone a good laugh. He held a very high standard for the quality of your work and pushed you to do the best you can. Very effective tutor skills definitely deserves a wage rise after getting the young apprentice up to scratch in only 2 weeks!

I did a tiling course. Really good staff willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get it. The 6 week course in tiling covers everything you need to know including advice on how to start up your business. Equally suitable if you’re just interested in doing DIY to improve your and your families homes. It’s the perfect investment in yourself and your future business/career. Effective teaching and you spend most of your time in hands-on practical in control of your own design decisions, with some helpful theory lectures thrown in.

By the end you will be fully able to tile an entire room by yourself to a high standard, across different backgrounds etc and will have a full understanding of proper preparation and material selection too

The staff were really approachable and easy to talk to, Rob taught our course well with support from Antony to guide us where needed. I felt we were slightly restricted with space for the course and a bay each would have been more helpful for the course.

I recently completed the City & Guilds 6 weeks Level 2 Diploma(6035) plumbing program at Trades Training School, and I am thrilled to share my experience with prospective students. This review aims to highlight the exceptional training, dedicated faculty, and supportive learning environment that sets Trades Training School apart.

I completed the week plumbing course with the hope of learning some additional plumbing skills and knowledge. I quickly found out there was so much more I didn't know I didn't know. The training offered by Iain was so well balanced. Congruent with plumbing in that the content was tight enough with enough space to get insights into what each of us needed. A great balance of focus and an abundance of insightful tips from our plumbing Yoda (Iain). A big thanks to everyone involved in creating such a rich learning environment...loved every day of my 5 days

Went on tilling course with a bit of knowledge of tilling but Antony and team showed me things that I did not know and will definitely help me with jobs. Would highly recommend doing the course.

What an excellent teaching facility. I completed the one week plastering course in 2021 and have recently completed the 2 week plumbing course. The staff are always willing to help and share their own knowledge. Iain who took my plumbing course really was excellent. Nothing is too much hassle, and the after course support is invaluable. Highly recommended

Very professional I thoroughly enjoyed the plumbing course Iain was a great tutor very knowledgeable I would definitely have no problem recommending this company to anyone looking to add a new skill to there business best regards Mike rigney

I did a 1 week plastering course and felt a week might not have been enough but with the excellent experience of the training staff I have gained a new skill. I still have a lot to learn regarding plastering but within the week these guys have trained me amazingly and I'm now able to do small projects which were once holding me back on some jobs.

Had a fantastic two wks, very good course.

I cannot thank and recommend Trades Training School enough. I have went from a complete novice to having a good understanding/ confidence in bathroom installation, tiling and plastering within 6 weeks. The instructors are very experienced and catered for all levels of previous/no experience. Wether its plumbing, tiling or plastering your looking to get into this school is the place to be.

Quality course that gave me the confidence to start my own tiling business. Immy is very patient instructor who helped me learn loads in a short space of time.
