I had a great experience with a rep, Enny. I was on edge about a trade that appeared to still be live, but she assured me the system would update and confirmed that I was flat and didn't have any open orders. This was at 4am NY time. I didn't realize I could get the assistance I needed. That's a great feeling knowing the help is there if needed. Overall a great experience with the software and top customer service from Enny.

So far everything is great about the platform. As long as you learn how to use it (it's not hard) you'll love this. Service is great as well!

Worked well at first - very dissapointed by the amount of connection issues and bugs, had to switch to a competitor.

Ok, so I spent $49 for the subscription only to have a live account blown thanks to their crappy software. Now don't get me wrong because I really wanted it to work out as I needed a good trade copier. I've tried a couple different ones in the past but seems like they all are off some how. Just wish I could find one that works well. But all that being said, Tradesyncer doesn't work. Save yourself $49 dollars...

Come a long way since they start. I enjoy the software, it offer many extras and connections others do not have.

My questions were answered and s solution was found, the service was quick and friendly.

I am testing the application with more connection....all works fine untill now ...I see too that they continue to improov the application.

I had tried to use a different copy program and it was so difficult I never took 1 trade with it. When I tried out this program I was able to copy trade in about 20 minutes. Very user friendly and I never had 1 single issue or problem. Easy Very Easy #1 trade copier in my personal opinion.

Got help from Enny and Alisha, had an issue with copy trading in regards to Tradesyncer showing me a different balance. They were transparent and said it as a bug being worked on and told me the solution. The solution worked - very competent and helpful team.
