Trail Outdoor Leisure Opiniões

Very happy with the sleeping bag quality vs price - great! Very fast delivery!

Every time I buy from Trail I have been delighted with their products. Startjng with the price, the quality, the speed of delivery snd when on the very rare occasion somethings not quite right, the brilliant customer service that the team gives. Makes you want to go back every time for more.

Fast , efficient good service and delivery, product as expected. Unpacked but not used as yet, therefore can’t as yet comment further.

Double self inflating air pad. Well priced and will work well as a supplementary mattress in our camper van. Only grip we have is that it took 12 days to arrive. This was all down to the courier Evri. Evri have a very poor reputation in our area - Inverness. Other carriers seem to manage getting deliveries out within a reasonable time scale, but not Evri. If you live North of Dundee I suggest you think very carefully before placing you order, particularly if it is time critical. This is not a criticism of Trail Outdoor, although they may want to change couriers

Fantastic product. Super fast delivery. Great company to deal with.

This is such a great item for this price!
Unlike many other similar dome shelters on the market, this one has all 4 sides covered by both wall sections and mosquito nets, which makes it an even better deal. Also, very spacious for a family of 4.

The awning poles ordered easily on the website at a competitive price and fast delivery. The quality is great, Happy to support a small UK company rather than save a few quid and increasing Amazon's wealth.

Very fast delivery. Item as described and great quality at great value for the sale price.

Quick delivery great item

Easy to put together took half hour. Absolutely perfect for us went well with the tent box also it stood the ground in heavy wind and rain for one night in Derbyshire dales. Good quality for the price

Courier service limited, never received item and no option to use alternative courier which is a shame

We bought a couple of camping chairs and discovered a minor fault on one of them after their first use. Although minor, it would in effect, prevent us from using it.
We contacted Trail Outdoor regarding the problem and they replied, quite quickly with a promise to replace the chair. The replacement chair was sent out by Express and we received it two days later.
Absolutely brilliant customer service from this company. I would gladly recommend them for their service and thank them again for their help with this matter.

We bought the Aston Skylight Driveaway awning. Easy to put up and take down. Very sturdy and quality material. Great price. Was reduced from £899.99 to £499.99. Delivery was good.

Windbreaker was of good quality, delivery very fast.

Tent came broken very disappointed and no refund given

Easy to use and pack away

The walking sticks arrived on time love the purple colour and came with a handy storage bage and accessories they are easy to assemble and can be reduced in size for easy storage

I have been trying to return a tent purchased from this store for over a month. They have arranged for two different couriers to collect the parcel (as it is too heavy for us to drop off) and neither have turned up on the scheduled day. We have not had any correspondence from Trail Outdoor Leisure since raising this issue multiple times via email, and I am not able to get through via the telephone line.
