SCAM

Don’t buy from this company it’s a scam paid for a pair of trainers got an email back saying out of stock then they then asked me to choose another pair so I did Guess what out of stock asked for a refund guess what there computer system is down. Do not purchase from this company you will not receive your goods

I don't usually write reviews, and I don't usually buy from companies or websites that I'm not familiar with or have used in the past.
I can however confirm my experience has been a good one! I was initially concerned over the delivery period in my case approx.10-Days but I did receive my trainers (1 pair Nike TN3- triple white and 1 -pair TN3 - triple black) both sets were in the correct packaging along with 2-pairs of complimentary socks (Nike branded) The Trainers are correct and registered with authentication seals confirming these are NOT FAKE brands - I can also say the chat-team responded to my various queries on my orders and provided speedy responses. Shoes received are great! and were perfect! corrects sizes, and genuine authenticated NIKE - So no complaints from me only compliments! Well Done Guys

Massive scam

Never order from this site massive scammers. Brought some trainers from them on the 12 December nearly £200 never to receive them. They ignore you messages over email and you can’t get hold of them by phone.

This is a fake website selling fake…

This is a fake website selling fake goods all goods are fake and not genuine please do not buy bought a pair of Nike air max 95 and they have been verified as fake by both persons when asking for return address get told il speak to my team proper shit customer service like speaking to a 12 year old they reckon the refund is in the process so we will see in a few days but the reviews will still keep comin and one day this site won't exist 💅🏻

ordered 2 pairs of trainers and 2 pairs…

ordered 2 pairs of trainers and 2 pairs came but one was wrong size - they kept hassling me by whatsapp messaging me make sure i had sent item back which they didn't need to but it was over Christmas period and unsettled me and im still waiting for replacement trainers yet they have received my return back and also had to pay to send back even though it was their error and they admitted it was their error so not happy at all - Use with caution and be prepared if they get order wrong you have to pay to return item

Ordered my sons trainers here

Ordered my sons trainers here, should've read these reviews beforehand! Trainers delivered....but I didn't receive them.
Finally after 20+ emails and leaving a review here I did get my refund.
So I agreed to change my review to the outcome once my refund was sent.
A positive outcome after a really stressful time,
Thankyou for the refund.

Following on from a previous review ( Paul Taylor ) 21 Dec 24:

I have to clarify that I did receive my sons trainers on the 23rd December and my son loved them but unfortunately the service I received to be honest has still left me in complete shock and just pure disappointment. A week before I was advised I would definitely receive my order before Christmas so I held on to their word but days before they were delivered I was advised I would not be expecting these until at least the 27th December which obviously put me in panic mode so I had to order another pair of different trainers for next day delivery just so that my son had some to open on Christmas Day but on that email I was told due to the issues they were happy to give me a refund and I could also keep the trainers to which I was very surprised by but very grateful that they had offered this. Due to being very busy at Christmas working full time with 2 young children I had not had chance to email back until 23rd December when I received a delivery from Trainers Factory which I was shocked at because I hadn't expected to receive them until after Christmas and I had payed another £200 on alternative trainers as a back up but was very happy that my son had these for Christmas Day. I emailed back to advise I had received my trainers and explained that even though I was happy the stress from the last few weeks and having to email chasing the order and then having to go out and purchase another pair of trainers which had cost again, I had also explained that my son who these trainers are for has high functioning asperges not for sympathy but to merely explain why the pressure and stress to deliver these trainers which he had set his heart on was quite high for me and why this was such a delicate issue for me therefore I would still be grateful for a refund hoping this would help them understand from my point of view as a customer.

The reply I received as follows to be honest made my heart sink and made me feel so ashamed and belittled:

"Dear Samantha,

Your repeatedly emailed us and caused yourself unnecessary stress, despite our reassurances that you would receive your trainers. We were unaware of any issues concerning your son and nor was it our concern or our responsibility was to provide you with our product and service, not to address your family or personal mental health concern.

Fortunately, you received your trainers on Dec 23rd, ethically you should remove your review yourself as you made such unfair accusations against us and now this should have cleared things up. When we emailed you previously you chose not to respond possibly out of ego. But now you have received your trainers asking for a refund is quite disappointing. I am more than happy to possibly give a 50% refund as goodwill.

I ask that you kindly take a moment to reflect on the situation and the resolution being offered"

This email completely stunned me and to be honest after working in Retail for nearly 12 years never would I ever speak to a customer in the way I was spoken to, I did email back and explained how I was made to feel and I did receive an apology but to be honest for me I was not happy to go on any further and I would much rather pay for my goods and walk away knowing in future to be careful who I purchase through and make better decisions with which company I choose to order through.

The actual trainers are fab quality but its just a shame the customer service did not match.

Had to return

Some folk at this company are smug and derogatory but Abraham was actually really pleasant to deal with, a fair and likeable character behind the screen. Although my purchase was difficult they have exceeded expectations for the outcome. They should put Abraham in full control of customer interactions in future.

JORDAN 4 FEAR RETRO 2024

Ordered on 1st of December took around 20 days to be delivered due to royal mail Christmas deliveries, mean while i was constantly on the sites chat but can't fault the response times or helpful operator. The trainers arrived on the 22nd of December my nephew was one happy boy 🙂 thank you trainer factory

I do not often write reviews, however this one deserves it.

Found this website on google, did due diligence by visiting this site. Mixed reviews but overall just below 4. Therefore the positive reviews can only be bogus reviews and Trustpilot needs to find a way to verify they are true.
20th December and still no trainers.

I have conducted my own investigations, the copy of the Royal mail label that we have been sent has a returns address in Brierley Hill, West Midlands guess what I live in the West Midlands so decided to pay them a visit. Their warehouse is not theirs it an importers parcel sorting hub called Cainiao.

I have also searched these guys on Companies House. This indicates that they are a dormant company and they have reported £0 turnover for the last 2 years. They have 2 directors listed on Companies House these guys should be prosecuted

I have also contacted their offices, their offices are "virtual" offices based at Ikon offices in London. I have since had responses and can confirm that they only use their office as registered address, they are not allowed to trade from there, and I can also confirm that no-one works there, I have emails to prove this

Overall this is obviously an elaborate SCAM, I do loads of online shopping and did my background research but even I have been caught out.

Today I have received an email from Trustpilot requesting further information or my review may be taken down! By doing that you are aiding and abetting fraudsters.

I will be contacting Action Fraud, The Police and the London trading standards office, I will also be naming the so called directors on my next update

I had a very bad experience with this…

I had a very bad experience with this company. I have to keep chase them up after 14 days at 10 days. They said the train will come in 2 to 3 days 14 days they said the same when the train is turned up. I’ve got a fake StockX tag on it And comes with Chinese tags so they’re blatantly fake now I’ve text him to say I’m not happy with the process. They do not wanna answer the phone and I want a refund.

Disgusting scammer’s ordered trainers 3 weeks ago sent a fake tracking number saying trainers sent by Royal Mail. Disgusting scamming at Christmas. All reviews are scams on this. Scammer’s fake company. Theives should have read reviews before hand now out of hundreds of pounds

AVOID AT ALL COST, I left a 1*review and have been messaged with blackmail to remove my review from this company if I could add screen shots then I would! This is some of there messages- I’ve checked your order tracking your parcel has been lost and I am sorry we will facilitate you if you remove the reviews.
I know you’re frustrated and disappointed It’s royal mails fault. Remove the review and close your dispute. We will facilitate your refund. I am trying to assist you but please remove your review and take back that dispute and I will refund you from here straight away. I am not blackmailing you or threatening you I’m requesting that you remove the review and then I will resolve your issue. If you don’t remove the dispute. We will fight this case, but I am suggesting you remove everything and then we will pay you your refund today. well the parcel is lost it’s royal mails issue not us we dispatched it. This IS JUST PARTS OF THE MESSAGES I HAVE RECEIVED. Now I’ve got to fight to get my £213 back . And Royal Mail have never received the item from this shameful business.
Response to trainers factory’s reply, they only contacted me after my first review,after ignoring my calls and emails. the above is correct also Royal Mail have never received the parcel for anyone reading this here’s the tracking number for Royal Mail it states they are waiting for the merchant to send parcel oj408869221gb.

Hope you are doing well, first of all, let me just say that you are very good at twisting the facts lets hear my side of the story your order #10665 was received on 28 November 2024 and it was dispatched on 30 November 2024 and due to high number of orders we were unable to check if your parcel was delivered safely or not when you reached to us regarding the parcel we told you the truth that your parcel has been lost by royal mail and we will facilitate you in every way if you want us to dispatch another pair we can do that or if you want a refund we can also refund you and infact I told you the same thing in the above content and instead, you upload a review that was based on lies and wasn't justifying our services and I didn't tell you to chase royal mail for your parcel I just told you that they are ones who should be responsible they are the culprits and lost your parcel instead you opened a dispute and I told you to please remove your review and take back your dispute and we will give you a refund we didn't denied you any refund we just wanted you to remove the review and dispute because they were lies and honestly you were the one making lies and false accusation that I was threatening you if I upload my side of the conversation you can clearly see that I was requesting you to remove your review and we will refund you because your review was a lie and it still is as for now you have raised a dispute it is in our banks hands so we can wait for them and lets hope for good. RESPONSE: Now I know how you are blackmailing us we have replied to every email and chat of yours have some shame and don't spread false lies here if you are telling the truth please I request to copy and paste the original content of your email and chat so everyone can know how someone lies and we have all the proof that we have replied to every call email or chat and if a person has little bit knowledge of online shopping he/she can see in that tracking it is written "Saturday 30 November 2024
