Was great help in looking tpwards what i wanna do with my life

Is a pretty easy sort to get to but only game 4 stars because it's really expensive To a subject we are doing online not with a teacher's time

I sent an enquiry to training.co.nz and I was contact straight away with a follow up phone call the next day. The representative listened and offered options, answered questions and had lots of information. This was then followed up with lots of emails containing all the information I could want. The next day I received another phone call to answer any further questions and more emailed information. Every step of the way all the required people stepped in. Full information was provided to me and the decision was easy in the end as other companies had not even bothered to touch base. The service so far has been exceptional and I look forward to my studies.

Good quick response and kept up to date via automatic emails too say you have received my enquiry! Got a phone call the next day and had an awesome chat with one of the people there! Very, very helpful and look forward too my studies!

Annoying that pricing/payment, start dates etc not available online, should be available so a quicker decision can be made whether to use this service or another.

You have to wait for a call then drag the cost out of the person calling you.

Being upfront and transparent is encouraged these days and more efficient for the people looking for information.

I give it a 1 because it doesn't state in the application that they are not government funded and because we cant pay off weekly

It was wonderful. I didn't choose to go further but the lovely lady that contacted me was polite, welcoming and made me feel at ease. she gave me a sense of belonging. I finished the conversation feeling it was ok to explore my options and reeducate myself in a different path. I would defiantly look at studying with you when the time is right for me. Thank you.

Great communication fast response to what I was wanting to do

Excellent options for a Google search however so many options fo what seem to be the same course on the actual site so a little confused s to what would be best for me to do.

I wanted to learn Xero course. I am not a resident or citizen in Newzealand.

After long search my payment was not accepted because I am international student. But the fact is I am on my open work permit. I don't know why I got rejected.

Please help me.

I have been asked to give a review but have not heard a thing about any course... so 0 starts would be awarded if I could.. is all that you care about your star rating... Would be a lot more useful to your customers if you did some work before asking for a rating!

I have requested information regarding several different courses and the only contact other than being told some one would contact me soon, has been this email asking me my experience. Very disappointed as Training.co.nz came highly recommended to me.
