I never received an answer about my question

I contacted by email twice. Last month it was the first attempt and now this week. Email arrived to evaluate the service but I never received an answer about my question.

I contacted a training provider about a course, and was messaged back straight away that a course advisor would contact me directly.which was very efficient.
Unfortunately I heard nothing further after this and am still awaiting the information I sought.

After making a simple enquiry, I received multiple calls, messages, and emails about unrelated subjects.

I still don't know the answer to my query and I don't care to, now.

The office people were so kind and…

The office people were so kind and psitent with my enrollment completely understanding of my situation and pointed me in the right direction of what course would be best for me

Several times I enquired about the…

Several times I enquired about the beginners course for Xero. I only receive a mail to say thank you for your first step. Apparently I must enroll via Australia but no one is coming back to me. This is going on now for about 6 monts.

I have given 4 stars for now

I have given 4 stars for now, I have not received verification that I have been accepted as yet, but the site had excellent explanation/layout of due course/s, and follow throughs..even my 12 year old could understand it!
