Great customer service
We ordered Trakm8 Insight and the Support team were really helpful when we had a technical issue. They managed to resolve it in just a few minutes.
We have found the trackers really useful and have now ordered a further 3 with April in Sales. A very friendly and helpful lady. Great customer service.

NO STARS
NO STARS! Incompetent rude staff and shoddy goods that do NOT work! DC4 has not worked since new and no access to the app on snart phone STILL after years of promising it is nearly there! Pathetic bullying staff and nearly given us both a nervous breakdown. Told by car manufacturer that they no longer deal with Trakm8 as they are not capable of getting anything right! The DC4 is useless! AVOID these incompetent cowboys like the plague! DO NOT BUY FROM TRAKM8 if you want to keep your sanity! This whole sad episode has nearly put us both over the edge! STAY WELL CLEAR!

We have been paying for the use of trackers for 7 months now , and still not been able to pull reports or track our vehicles.
We waited for a on boarding call or any contact after they confirmed our order but there wasn’t any other than invoices.
Contacted them 2 months ago and all we have had is confusing “guidance”.
Thankfully we only signed up for a year, we are now having to source another supplier while paying down the remainder of our contract. There are better options that offer helpful and timely support, buyer beware.

I understand that you have been provided on-boarding guidance documentation previously and have since been contacted by our technical support manager who had offered to provide training and support.
We apologise for any miscommunication, the solution that you have chosen is one for a ‘self-install device’ with a ‘self-serve’ platform and therefore the expectation for the setup that needs to be completed is on the customer for this scenario.
Our technical support manager has reached out to you again in order to setup a call, to immediately assist you with the outstanding system setup as well as getting your feedback on how the on-boarding guides and supporting documentation could be improved based on your experience. Thank you

New Trackers
We have used Trakm8 for a while now and their service is great. We have been dealing with Sarah this morning to order some more tracking devices and her service has been fantastic yet again. Very quick response time, knowledgeable and an all round easy process.
