Tramora is scam do not buy from them

Tramora is scam do not buy from them. They are not trustworthy at all. I make my purchase in November, trying to track my package and it was unable to track months has passed and when I file a complaint that’s when they want to reach out to me and saying my package was going to be delivered but when I clicked on the linked it’s saying it’s been delivered when it wasn’t. They are lairs and scammers stay away from the company at all cost.

Product not as advertised and Zero Customer Service

The carryon came late and when I tried to return they delayed then closed my ticket saying it was resolved. I asked 4 times for a return slip or return details and not once got a response back with the information. Absolutely horrible customer service and the product looks and feels on close inspection thrown together. I gave the them opportunity to respond back to me and they have yet to do so with the information I requested.

Avoid this product at all cost!!! Customer service is sub-par at best.
Product looks great, but poor quality workmanship. the Wheel came off on the first use. I have tried to contract the company on multiple occasions to either have the product repaired or replaced, but they simply ignore emails. There is no other way to contract them. Their phone number is a WhatsApp number which can not be found on WhatsApp!!

Bunch of hooligans.

I placed an order on 4 December and there has been zero real update since then. All I receive is an automated WhatsApp message loop with no human response or accountability.

There is no clarity on order status, no resolution, and no way to speak to someone responsible. It feels like a complete automated mess with no customer support behind it.

Would strongly advise others to avoid buying from this company.

Very Poor Quality

The suitcase looks nice, but it is completely unusable. No space, too heavy, fragile plastic parts, and nothing like the ads. Extremely overpriced for the poor quality. Even its “best feature” —charging a laptop— doesn’t work. I had to buy another suitcase during my trip. Very disappointed, do not recommend.

Koffer im November bestellt. Die haben das Ding mit UPS versandt. UPS hat eine komplett falsche Adresse beliefert. Ich hatte keinen Zugriff auf die Sendung da die Adressdaten nicht übereinstimmten.
Koffer sollte noch einmal versendet werden. WIEDER MIT UPS!!!

The truth is that the bag is very, very wonderful and has the same specifications that they mentioned on their website and on their official social media accounts. It’s a scam. They keep on promising to deliver and they never do. Paid over €300 … they are making big money trying to sell good looking luggage

SCAM, AVOID

Looks like a scam, I just made a black Friday purchase and no email has been received. I plan on raising a billing dispute in a few days. They consciously look like Yumi so fell right into the trap. Tramora.eu already has bad reviews, looks like this is another branch of their con. AVOID
