Was looking for individual sheets. Spaced so close in a gang sheet it was a pain in the ass cutting them apart without cutting into the design. Very upset!!

We received amazing step by step instructions over the phone to help us clean up our designs.
We got the package delivered 2 days early over the holiday weekend.
Our design looks great on the transfer. The colors are true and the lines are crisp. I was worried about the clear border but it is basically invisible. The transfers apply very easily just as described in the instructions.

This recent purchase of custom transfers was another great experience. I had to convert a hand drawing into a transfer for a t shirt. I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out. With a little manipulation of the drawing, it uploaded great to the EasyView designer. And the transfers look great! Shipping was very quick.

I haven't tried the kit yet but I'm very excited to learn to start my business and I hope to have a long relationship with you as my new supplier I'm very excited to start my own business and from what I see so far you got great products.

First I wanted 6 separate images. Then you sent me a gang sheet which I didnt ask for

I recently placed an order for nearly 1,700 prints, with about 30% of them (roughly 500 pieces) using a different color. Those prints came back with noticeably poor opacity.

From first contact, we’ve repeatedly been told the problem was “dye migration.” Even though we've done the migration test method listed on Stahl's website and the garments passed without issue.

To their credit, the company did send additional samples in an attempt to correct the issue, but due to their non-traditional printing process and their inability to choke the underbase, the results were also unacceptable. We ultimately had to order replacements through another company, and those turned out great.

We met with some of Stahl’s representatives at a trade show and showed them a garment with their transfer applied, and even they acknowledged the fact that they weren't acceptable, one of them saying, “It just doesn’t look good.”

We've since returned all of the subpar prints for testing, though the testing was done in their own facility rather than by an independent third party. Since their in-house inspection, they've doubled down on their "dye migration" claim. However, if the garments were truly the issue, we should have seen the same problem with the other printer—which we didn’t. Their explanation for that was that “different inks use different chemicals,” which is correct. Their own explanation and the fact that there wasn't any dye migration on their competitors prints just confirms the actual issue. The chemical compound of the ink in question simply doesn't provide an acceptable opacity.

I wish their quality standards matched ours. I could never send a product like that to my customers. Fixing the issue out of pocket has cost us about $2,000 because we refused to deliver an inferior product.

At the time of this review, we are still trying to obtain a full refund for the defective portion of the prints. The process has involved long hold times and a frustrating amount of back-and-forth.

Ultimately, our initial choice to use Stahl's Transfer Express has caused us countless hours of testing and searching for a resolution, job delays, many hours on the phone with support, a substantial amount of money, and headaches that are ongoing. Buckle up and take an advil if you decide to take the ride.

Their prints were far from satisfactory. They denied anything being wrong with them. Even though everyone else's quality surpassed theirs. What a waste of time and money. Save yourself some time and expense, shop elsewhere.
