I've been using TransferGalaxy since 2021 and never had a probelem with sending money and family memebers receiving money.

This all changed when this past Saturday I sent money to a family member and there were problems with them receiving it. I called multiple times and every time I get different stories or excues from the customer service. They are very unprofessional. Today I called to get my money refunded and was told it would take 1-2 weeks. I asked to receive a conformation mail that my money will be refunded and what I get to hear is that they don't work like that and afterwards the employee hung up on me

Jag ringer till kundtjänst och berättar hela detaljer i ärendet och kundtjänsten varje gång fråga om någon dokument sedan fick lov att de kommer att svara mig om tio minuter från en annan kollega som blev inte som de lovar.
Jag väntar nu deras svar för mer än en månad sedan.

Jag ska inte prata om information begära ut eftersom jag förstår att den var viktigt för att bekämpa penningtvätt.

Jag rekommenderar inte transfer galaxy. WU är mer professionella även om den är dyrare.

I wanted to help my nephew in Turkey, who was a student facing a tough situation and needed money quickly due to the ongoing lockdown. I sent the money, hoping it would provide the urgent assistance he needed. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. Even though I sent the money on March 1st, he never received it.

I attempted to reach out to their customer support through both email and phone, but to my disappointment, I received no response to my emails. When I called, I encountered unhelpful and rude female agents who seemed to lack any understanding of good customer service. Their responses only left me frustrated and drained, and it felt like a dead end.

As of today's date, August 17th, 2023, I'm still grappling with this issue, trying to recover the money that never reached my nephew. It's been a long and frustrating journey, and I feel compelled to share my experience. I strongly advise against using this service. My impression is that they exploit their position and falsely present themselves as a modern alternative to established services like Dahabshiil. However, their lack of integrity and willingness to take shortcuts are clear indicators that they should be avoided at all costs.

They withdraw the amount from my bank but the receiver did not get the money. I tried to reach out them but unfortunely no one replys. So do not fall for this scam be aware.

In my opinion, this company is dishonest and has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I want to caution anyone who intends to do business with them to be extremely careful. I haven't been able to contact support for a week now. They took my details and I am unable to make transfers even though my account is ''verified''. They do not pay attention to me in any form of contact.

Absolutely useless when I’m trying to send money to a number but the app says the number is not valid 💀 it’s not working for me 🤷🏽‍♂️ if anyone can help the answer me maybe I would try again

Your website crushes all the time, so there are days where its impossible to use your service. so it means when there is a lot of traffic it is useless!!

Gjorde en överföring till Libanon för 5 dagar sedan och pengerna skulle kunna hämtas i Libanon inom några minuter, vilket ALDRIG BLEV FALLET. Senare samma dag fick jag ett sms från dem om att överföringen var klar för hämtning men när mottagaren besökte närmaste ombudet i Libanon så fick han veta att överförningen inte var klar än. Sedan dess har jag kontaktat TransferGalaxy 4 gånger via telefon och de har alltid sagt att de ska åtgärda detta men de BARA LJÖG.

Nu har det alltså gått 5 dagar utan att mottagaren kan hämta pengarna. Jag har slösat mycket tid på att ringa och prata med deras kundtjänst. Mottagaren har också slösat mycket tid på att besöka deras SKITDÅLIGA ombud. Han fick också ta ledigt från jobbet för dessa besök och ta sig till ombudet i sitt område.

Skulle därför avråda från att använda deras tjänster. De tar INTE sitt jobb på allvar och ger falska uppgifter om hur lång tid överförningar ska ta.

Väldigt dålig service, personal verkar överdriver när man ska skicka pengarna då måste man visa allt vad du tjänar för ett år. Väldigt komplicerad företag. Jag rekommenderar aldrig detta. 😡😡😡😡
Ni får verkligen skämmas på dem frågorna som ni ställer till eran kunder: ni kan inte ha kontoutdrag för alla banker som kunden har, kunden måste fota sig med hans legitimation i handen, varför överföringen från egen konto som AVANZA BANK. Sånt fråga är andra banken medveten om vad kommer pengarna från. Annars skulle inte banken låta bli en överföring heller. Så ni är oproffsiga faktiskt. Personalen måste utbildas. När man ringer då har man pratat med 3 personer redan efter dem har inga erfarenhet.

After my account has been activated I wanted to do a transfer but I was not able because of a technical error. Tried again and again and I received the same error. I contacted customer service inside the app but unfortunately no one got back to me. After two weeks someone from support team called and asked me to activate again my account and send more identification documents. I can't recommend this app, sorry.

The transfer says within 2 hours but would you believe it if I said I'm still waiting. I had sent money on a Saturday evening and it's Monday today. My recipient hasn't received their money yet! I am far from annoyed. On top of that their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. As there is no acknowledgment whatsoever. Till this day I am still waiting. 🤬 They are slow and inefficient.
