I have worked with them back in 2023. I had no issues. I went to use them again Jan. 2026. I had a discount that should’ve been a monthly payment of $14.99. I was charged the regular price the following month (Feb)of $149. I emailed them immediately and asked for a refund and cancel my subscription. They sent me my refund. Today March 2026, After they sent many attempts to charge me from the card I was charged on the first time but I had to cancel that card, a charge from them went through a whole different card that must’ve been found on file from Shoppay since that is the only way I was even able to get the subscription in the first place, it was not authorized! I had to call the bank and dispute charges and I sent them another email showing my first refund and cancelled subscription email. To me these people are frauds and I’m extremely disappointed. Why would you continue to charge knowing you have been told to cancel and you refunded my money the first time around, to find another card on file from SHOPPAY to go ahead and charge that card with out authorization! Times are very tough for every business and everyone but wow! Never working or recommending this business again.

scam! tried cancelling my membership as instructed in the terms & conditions page, emailed the address & it bounced back 5 times. Finally, received an email stating they apologize, their email was down for a few days (totally suspect). When I finally got an email thru they stated they had no order on file under my email address. When I forwarded them the transaction # they said" I can't accept long numbers" as proof of purchase. WHAT? I had to put a charge block on them with my bank.

I have had a monthly membership since 2021. Whenever I update my payment info, I'm forced to re-register, and then I have to open a support ticket to get back in. Their support team claims I didn't have an account from 2021 to 2025. Moreover, when I logged in yesterday, a credit card in my account didn't belong to me. This is all very confusing, and the help desk is unhelpful. The programs' content is great, but their support is bad. I'm not going to keep working on this, and I'll go somewhere else; it's disappointing because the resources are good, but I'm not sure their records are accurate. Their customer service team is not knowledge and they come across as unhelpful. I am not confident that they will keep my payment method safe.

I loved my courses and will do more! Affordable and interesting!

I have seen a few negative reviews here on TrustPilot. These seem to come from the fact that the person with the complaint, started the course through UDEMY and not Transformation Academy, itself. I did the same thing. But found the folks at TA really helpful. Try reaching out to them

I have taken three courses at Transformation Academy (Life Purpose Life Coach, Spiritual Life Coach, and Group Life Coach Certification). The material that Joeel and Natalie Rivera offer is comprehensive. Yes, some of the basic concepts concerning the business side of coaching may be repetitive, but when they get to the niche information, it is very valuable information. I have not had any problems getting my official certificates through the credential(dot)net website or downloading a PDF for my records or a high-res image to print it. I have no complains. This company is CPD accredited, so they are not a scam.

Instead of receiving a downloadable copy of a physical Certificate, I got a "photo" of a certificate with my name on it!
It's difficult to "trust" these small businesses; everyone has a scam. I have screenshot of it but TrustPilot apparently doesn't allow to upload photos.

Unfortunately, it’s a very bad place and position to be in.
I had high hopes only to be disappointed.
Let me explain.
I took one of their 5 course package which they advertised for certification.
First of all, a lot of the material is quite redundant. Buy I decided that if I
wanted to complete this course I would go through the whole thing. A lot of printing,etc.
Keeping in mind that I “paid” for this course through Udemy.
Please be very careful! They advertise the their “certification” on the Udemy website
(at least at that time) and now they won’t acknowledge me. (cold shoulder)
Joeel and natalie seemed like nice people in the beginning. But they have other people dealing with their business end.
When I completed the course through their private portal, they delayed me with different reasons why it was taking so long. It’s too much to explain here… there were too many excuses and games.
Now it’s too late to dispute my credit card and I’m furious!!! So watch out for the “flexibility” in completing the course.
Well now the truth comes to surface when I persist….only to find out that after telling me that they did not receive a certification request for the course. Around and around. So finally after a dozen more inquiries, they told me that my course was not “certifiable”. I wish I’d taken a screen shot of the Udemy advertisement back then. If you already paid them, you may want to do this.
Also they have a lot of courses added but no...not mine! How ironic!!! Alot of their “courses” are also the same type of deals with different names in order to make more money. Also, they will inundated your email box with their ads and offers along with fake achievements! I tolerated all of this.
The only way I can get justice is by letting everyone know about them!
So what did I learn from this??? I can no longer trust online places like Transformation Academy and that I have to be very very careful and super discriminating on “who” is advertising on Udemy! Also double checking is not enough here. I will want ALL details now. I learned my “lesson”.

It was a great learning journey , Natalie & Joële are great instructors and dedicated to simplifying and make learning experiences very fruitful

I paid for a course with udemy / transformation academy joeel and natalie rivera. First don't count on getting your CPD hours as promised unless of course you pay more which is not clearly said upfront. That's why I took the course and felt like I was being fooled, not fair practices here. Second, I didn't learn anything really and then when I asked a question to the authors about why the category of the Professional Life Coach doesn't even exist when you try to fill a profile on their site or to get a certificate they never even bothered answering so can't really do anything with that certificate. So I asked a refund but it was refused.
