I recently had the pleasure of attending an event organised by Transform International Group, and I can confidently say it was an inspiring, educational, and motivating experience from start to finish. The event was expertly orchestrated by the Transform Team, including Gareth, Darragh, Layal, Cameron, Marc, and many others who made us feel incredibly welcome and accommodated throughout the day.

From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the positive energy and enthusiasm in the atmosphere. The team went above and beyond to ensure that every attendee felt included and engaged, making it easy to connect with fellow participants and leader's to share insights.

One of the highlights of the event was the lineup of speakers, particularly Sir Chris Stone, whose uplifting talk provided a much-needed recharge to all of us in the profession. His insights, along with other speakers, were not only thought-provoking but also actionable, leaving us with practical tools and renewed motivation to implement in our work.

The follow-up after the event was also top tier, demonstrating the team's commitment to fostering ongoing connections and support. It’s clear that Transform International Group genuinely cares about the growth and development of its community.

The whole day was exceptional with activities and opportunities to hear from renowned speakers, gain further insights from prominent school leaders, network and have a focussed invaluable 1:1 session with school leaders.

Great innovation in the recruitment experience - It was really enlightening to learn about the schools in the region from their leaders while we could also engage with them 1 on 1. A new model has been set.

Transform Recruitment was very thorough with replying to queries. The Recruitment Fair in April was an excellent opportunity to network and meet schools. It was easy to communicate via email and get answers promptly. Transform held an international recruitment day in West London in April. Booking on to this was easy and communication was strong from their employees. Regular communication arrived in the run up to the event. Registration on the day was easy and you were able to meet plenty of leaders from all across the Middle East. There were live talks from leaders and face to face activities. One thing I really liked was how you were sat with subject departments, so you have the opportunity to meet other people looking to move to the Middle East. It's a great networking opportunity. Gareth was able to support me after the event in securing an interview at a school in Dubai, he set up the interview, shared the information needed and supported with sharing the secured contract. If you require certificates to be attested Transform can also support with this. I would highly recommend working with them to anyone looking to make the move.
