I'm so sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your order.

I can see that you've since been in touch with our customer service team, and I'm pleased they were able to arrange a replacement for you. Unfortunately, issues with couriers can sometimes be outside of our control, but please be assured that we always do everything we can to resolve matters as quickly as possible.

We truly hope this experience doesn't overshadow the quality of our fabulous products. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while we worked to put things right. I can see that you have already been in touch with our Customer Care team and are currently corresponding with them regarding this matter. Please be assured that they are actively investigating the issue with our warehouse and are treating it as a priority.

We will do everything we can to resolve this for you as quickly as possible and will provide an update as soon as we have more information. As I hope you can appreciate, on rare occasions issues can arise within the courier network that are unfortunately outside of our control. While this is not the level of service we strive for, these situations are uncommon and the vast majority of orders arrive the next working day without any issue.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope that, in light of our efforts to resolve this matter as quickly as possible, you may consider revisiting your 1-star review.
