Does anyone have an update on Transparent Business?
I have a close friend who has invested in UNICOIN and I believe they are doing the same thing, promising millions in returns, to go live and getting approved but always getting pushed back.
Any help or information on any of these 2 businesses would be appreciated

Don’t fall for this scam. This company is not legit and there isn’t anything going on but an Ponzi scheme. I Invested in 2020 and since nothing, no updates but stories and excuses. If there had mentioned the transfer of shares to Unicorn cryptocurrency I would never invested in the business.

From the beginning Transparent Business was more then transparent about investing in Unicoins as Crypto 2.0 with a daily communication, pointing out the risk of investment in crypto as the reasons why to invest in Unicoins!

I bought my shares in 2020. Shareholders were offered the opportunity to have a say in a live meeting about the reason of the change in the company name and the commercial strategies used to promote them. I don’t recall having any problems contacting the team since. Alex gives us news 3 to 4 times a week. Even more if required. Must of the steps that are implemented are shared in advance with shareholders. The shift to unicoin was explained and majority of shareholders voted in favour of.
I think those who are deceived fought it was a get quick rich investment that they were making. They didn’t do their research adequately.

This company and UNICOIN is a total SCAM. invested 2 years ago and never went public. Never got stock certificates. Now Alex is trying to sell me UNICOINS. IM FILING WITH SEC TODAY!

Scam company. Please careful. I invested $5000 pre IPO in April 2021I have not received a share certificate to date in Oct 2022. The company has failed to have an IPO in this time and the email from the Investor Relations team is no longer valid. This is a scam.

This company is a total scam . I invested with them . They never give updates except to parade themselves in the media with recognized faces of financial celebrities to liew new victims. All attempts to rich them by email have been futile. They don’t tell me about my investments but are quick to wanting to sell me unicoin and other new investments that are confusing. Where do you get 39000% returns. This is pure fraud . Iam going to consult an attorney and also report to SEC. This is a total scam.

No updates for original transparent business shareholders.

Ignoring all of the noise about Unicoin, cancelling the TP IPO is too convenient, when this was the entire value proposition marketed to the original transparent business investors.

Usually when an IPO is cancelled, a convertible note is offered so investors have an exit point.

No Unicoin minted for original TP investors, so what about dividends from Unicoin to TP investors? TP is a holding company now after all...

Their c-suite are an eclectic mix of relatively public personalities. Fingers crossed these guys haven't gone the way of the classic "off-the-rails" US Tech startup fable... Time will tell.

The Company started offering a cryptocurrency sale for its shareholders they call it “unicoin”. Big rush to get the funds in 10 days. That seems to be a clear Ponzi scheme to me

As people are aware covid will continue to plague us until mankind overcomes.Based on the numbers climbing again looks like 2022 will have a couple lockdowns. It now seems likely work from home is the safer way to work and not die. I feel this ipo will be huge.

A good business never insists too much on funds. Investors will flock in to buy shares.

I invested with transparent business and was advised that I would be contacted when my funds had been cleared. I have not heard from them since despite trying to contact them via Skype phone and email.

This company is selling 'guaranteed' investments 10,000% returns yeah right, take a hike spies.. i mean guys..
