I had a really great experience at this travel clinic. The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The nurse was incredibly informative and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. I’m not a fan of needles, but she was so patient and gentle and handled it brilliantly. Everything felt calm, professional, and reassuring. Great clinic with great prices — I’d highly recommend.

The clinic was easy to book. The staff were attentive, informative and very professional. I attended for a Kenalog (Hayfever) injection and was made aware of all considerations and side-effects. I would recommend this clinic to others looking for severe Hayfever relief.

I cannot recommend Dr Bobby Ahmed at Travel Doc highly enough.

I was genuinely panicking about my travel vaccinations and feeling very stressed, but from the moment I spoke with him he was incredibly friendly, calm and professional. Within about ten minutes he completely put my mind at ease and resolved my issue efficiently and clearly.

What really stood out was how reassuring he was, taking the time to explain everything without rushing, while still being extremely efficient. It made a potentially stressful situation feel straightforward and manageable.

Travel Doc are not just about travel vaccines either. They offer wider medical support and have a team of doctors and nurses available online, even throughout the holidays, which is very reassuring. They have also just opened their newest clinic here in E14, which is a fantastic addition locally.

Excellent service, excellent care, and I would definitely recommend Dr Bobby Ahmed and the Travel Doc team to anyone.
