Thought this was official Gov site, cost not mentioned which I thought was odd, but continued only to be charged $107 (£80). Gov site states $7! Then when I went to check on status I don’t have correc... Ver mais
If I could I would give 0 stars... Nothing is signposted in terms of costs. I was charged £70 pounds for a paper that is processed for 7 CAD. and their policy says they only give 50% refunds? No servi... Ver mais
Got my UK Visa in no time. But paid an extra $100 for all the services they offer.... which include a "help desk". What a rip off. DO NOT USE! Go the the UK's ETA website directly.

TOTAL SCAM ……
TOTAL SCAM … charges 79 Canadian dollars for an ETA that costs 7 on the Canadian government website. It’s deliberately set up to look official and the fact that it’s not in any way affiliated with the Canadian Government is hidden away in terms and conditions. They’ll refuse your refund once you spot your error. I’d still report it to your card company. So far, they’ve bee unable to justify the additional 72 dollars. They do nothing more than transpose your details to the official ETA site. If you wish to complain to them directly, their company is registered under the name Travel and Visa Services PTY limited, 5 Winchcombe Place, Castle Hill NSW, 2154 Australia

This is a scam site- it looks like the real thing but takes £79 dollars and doesn’t supply the eta. I realised the night before my flight. Complete panic - found the real site and got my ETA in 10 mins for £7. I don’t understand why Google ranks scammers higher than the official government website. Guess they are on the take too

NOT CANADA GOVERNMENT SITE
NOT the official site, though it looks for all the world that it is.
Scammers like these should be banned. ALWAYS use your own Gov site to find the REAL site. I would have given zero stars if possible.

It is a scam website that appears to be the official site. But it is NOT the official site.

SCAM WEBSITE
Nearly fell for it! Scam page! Not the official ETA website. ETA costs $7. This website tried to get me to pay $79 at the end of filling my application. I’m very happy I had already done research and knew what price to pay. After nearly falling for this I went to the OFFICIAL CANADA GOVERNMENT PAGE and applied. Received my approved ETA in 5 minutes.

Not the official ETA application website.
I mistakenly applied through this site, thinking I was using the official site. Apart from overcharging to an extortionate amount, none of our ETAs worked, despite receiving the ETA confirmation number

Do not use
They try to make it seem like it's the government website but charge you 60x what an eta cost when you get it on the government website.
