Incorrect booking left me high and dry
Accomodation had no record of the booking leaving me with a big problem after a long day of travel.
When speaking to The Travel Group, they passed the buck a few times across several calls, before I was told there is nothing they can do.
Very stressful and would never give a secnd chance as it is far too important for these things to be correct. he stress isn't worth it.

Wow, this is absolutely not the experience we ever want anyone to have, especially after a long day of travel. That sounds incredibly stressful and we’re genuinely sorry you were put in that position.
We take situations like this very seriously, and we want to get to the bottom of it and fix things immediately. I'm unable to locate any record of a booking under your name with us, which makes it even more important for us to investigate properly.
