NOT ATOL REGISTERED AS THEY CLAIM.
Booked a trip for myself and 4 friends to Rome for the rugby as this company pop up as BAs contact centre for holidays. They are not.
I Paid an initial deposit for us and now they won’t respond regarding the booking.
Can’t find any details of the booking with BA either.
They won’t respond to my calls or emails and I have had to raise a complaint re the deposit with my credit card company.
They state that they are ATOL registered on their web page and they are NOT.
They are an affiliate of
FLIGHTS & HOLIDAYS UK LTD.
Not to be trusted and they will respond with the usual get in touch with our customer service team to this message as an automated response.

Avoid this company at all costs
Total scam.
My parents bought airline seats from Travel Performance back in May. By September, I tried to confirm the booking directly with the airline, only to find out nothing had ever been confirmed. It didn’t show up on the airline’s website or app.
When I called Travel Performance, they claimed the booking “wasn’t paid for” — even though my parents had clear proof in our bank transaction history. They even tried to make me pay again on the spot. My parents provided proof of payment, and they said "ohhh yeah u did pay for it and we will call back to confirm the seats tomorrow.”, which is so strange considering that my parents selected the seats and we got the confirmation email that the seats have been selected and they never called me the next day.
This company took our money and never secured the seats with the airline. For months, we were misled. This is absolutely a scam.
Do not buy anything from this company. The positive reviews look suspicious and fake — trust the negative ones. Save yourself the stress, time, and money.
