Had bad experience with Co-op Travel in Derbion, Derby. Customer service bad, did not want to help you as soon as you walked in, not even a smile.
I will NEVER step foot in that place again.

I’ve booked quite a few holidays through Co-op travel Cheltenham and I’ve never been disappointed. Staff are patient and helpful and there’s never any problem if you can’t decide on the day. My latest holiday was booked with Brendon. Brendon arranged everything in a professional and friendly manner even checked me and my partner in on line. He then Emailed the boarding passes to me and put hard copies in the post that have arrived today. Thanks Brendon 😊. This certainly took all the stress away from me booking on line. I would recommend a visit to Co-op travel if you’re thinking about your next holiday.

I recently had to cancel a trip I had booked due to bereavement and the market Harborough team, in particular Ryan, were extremely helpful and helped me claim through my travel insurance. Not only that but over a month later they have followed up with a courtesy call to make sure the claim went through ok. Excellent customer service and really touched at the extra follow up.

Amazing customer service always, thank you for another incredible holiday this time to Costa Adeji Tenerife!

The experts advice was very poor. We booked a Turkish holiday and the big earthquake happened. We decided we couldn’t go to turkey and sit there in the sun when Turkish people have lost families we couldn’t enjoy ourselves. So we ask what are our options. Change holiday loose £100 or cancel and loose deposit. We tried to change holiday but told cruise holiday is different type of holiday second choice was Spain told different airline so would still loose full deposit. I understand stand TUI make the rules but travel agency didn’t tell us. So if booking a holiday make sure your travel operator knows the rules.

Fantastic service from friendly and helpful staff.

We used the Co-Op Travel Office at Chelmsford for the 2nd time on 30th December,2019, and for the 2nd time , the staff member who looked after us was friendly, courteous & knowledgeable.

Lovely experience, Sue took her time to search for the best deal for us, so looking forward to our upcoming holiday, would definitely recommend using Chelmsford Star Holidays at Braintree

I have been so impressed with the service that we have decided to always use co-op travel in future.
We had 2 fantastic holidays which we wouldn't have found without the help of the wonderful staff in the Chelmsford Quadrant store.

Have always found the Co-op Travel staff very helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them.

Having booked all our Kirby holidays with yourselves, we were disappointed that having been told we could book our Kirby river cruise with you but apparently that is not the case ! Kirby river trips have to be booked with the company direct resulting in us missing the cruise we wanted

Friendly staff and very helpful the place to book a holiday

Chloe and the team at chelmsford co-op travel were first class and I would not hesitate to book holidays through them again.
