I bought the ticket for $361 CAD on there site, and I got a call from there customer service telling me that they wanted to confirm my transaction and the price I paid is in US not CAD. Luckily I took the screen shot of the price on their site, but they don't want to owner the price but instead want to charge me around $600. I had a chat with the cancelation department and the guy told.me he will cancel the ticket in 24 hours. Then I start getting messages that they can offer me the ticket for expensive price as that price is not available but when I said cancel it they said I have to pay $300 for cancelation fee. Horrible service Horrible company. All Ind€an running this fraud company with fake American names. Please don't waste your money on this company, stay away from these crooks they don't have any civic scene and loyalty....

Fake address, post office returned letter sent to them as " moved. No forwarding address given". They do not answer questions on their Customer Service portal.

I got great service from Tony Williams he was polite and I got good discounts. Was really helpful to book nice ticket

Booked a flight to Bozeman Montana on 06/10/25. On 06/14/25 a flight was booked using my credit card. Subsequently two additional flights and merchandise were purchased again with my credit card. I had to cancel my card after reporting unauthorized charges to my banks fraudulent department. In addition my flight was changed, unbeknownst to me in early July. The airline sent an email to Travel 01 informing them of this change, however Travel 01 failed to notify me! I found out during pre-check. With only a 24 hour window I had to delay my trip because my options were very limited. I was charged $285.00 by Travel 01 for this “memorable “ experience. No compensation was offered.

I was helped by Kevin. He was extremely helpful and curteous.

I agree with the negative reviews provided by others. Their business is to give you a ticket price that looks reasonable - not super low ball - collect your data, with credit card, and then keep calling you for days, even if you write to them to stop. You get no ticket, no credit card charge either so it is not completely horrible. But they keep on calling you trying to sell you a different day and a different price tickets.
There are a few travel website running business that way.

Do not do businesses with this company. We booked a flight. They called us five minutes later to say they didn't have that cabin available and wanted to upsell twice the price. I don't think they even buy tickets. They try to get them so we can upsell.

I booked a flight from Minneapolis to Fort Myers on 1/2 at a very nice price. They called and tried to pull a bait and switch. I told them I wanted the price I booked at and thought it was solved. The next day I spoke with them again and was informed the seats were not available at the advertised price and they tried to sell me seats at over twice the price. Would not go to that web site again.

Wow if you book a ticket ask for Patricia. She goes all out. Above and beyond her job to make my booking fabulous. She fixed my reservation twice with no hesitation and even reached out for a follow up. She is the best as well as Travel01

I spoked with travel Agent Josh about booking a flight for my wife and I, and he was profesional and concern with questions that i was concerned and he got me the flights that we want it. At affordable prices, he even got us an $50.00 boucher for ours next Vacation.Thanks Josh.
