This company left us stranded at the airport with two young kids for 45 minutes in the evening. Our flight was an hour and a half delayed (which the company say they plan for) and so they assigned an alternative driver who when called said he was 20 minutes away before arriving 45 minutes later.
For family airport pickups, reliability matters. It’s gone here and this will be the last time I use them.

After everything was booked and paid online they came back, via email, asking for more money.
The justifications made no sense and changed 3x over email. They refused to honor their own invoice which plainly stated “LHR T5”, only, as the drop off.
Was fully pre paid.
They harassed me with emails and late night phone calls for more money and cancelled the day of the trip.
Just wanted a ride to the airport. Simple stuff made painful. This was not a misunderstanding; their invoice is clear.

I would like to begin by apologising for any inconvenience that you may have incurred. It is with regret that our services have not been provided to your standards.
However, it has come to my attention that there has been slight miscommunication. When making reservations to and from Airports there are always certain pick up and drop off charges associated with it. When making the booking you had failed to select the correct airport and terminal from the drop down menu, hence why the quote generated was incorrect and had to be manually amended. The booking made was merely a reservation and it would only be confirmed once all necessary checks were completed.
We understand that this misunderstanding would have caused you to assume that the standard of our practice was poor. But I can assure you that we always aim to accommodate each and every customer with the best possible service.
We hope to regain your trust in us and would always appreciate your business.
