From start to finish super service. I had Sophie book my break she was 100% efficient and patient with me. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip to Krakow. Trips were well organised. Hotel was close to centre. Overall a very nice break will certainly recommend, and will definitely use Travel Centre for future trips. Thank you

Absolutely Appalling!
Absolutely appalling!! If i could give 0 Stars i would.
My husband and I and Mother In-Law paid over £5,000 pounds to do The Elvis tour and we was so excited but unfortunately it was an emergency my mother in law felt ill and in hospital. We explained she's elderly and we have to cancel the trip.,Firstly Jennifer was extremely unhelpful the minute she asked for a review and we said after our vacation. ,I had to keep contacting her as she basically left us hanging when asking about the tour. Also asking if we've paid without checking!! After explaiining about my Mother In-Law who's a big Elvis fan she was soo unhelpful and kept talking about we left it too late to cancel under their terms and conditions. We even mentioned we could provide a hospital letter and at first she agreed it could help, to get our money back and I even offered to pay admin fees but all she spoke about was Travel Centre's terms and Conditions.
We managed to get back half or just over not even £3,000 and we work so hard to save for this trip
I was left crying and my Mother In-Law is in hospital today.

I have recently booked a very exciting holiday with the help of Zac Rowan who was really kind, professional, and super helpful. He really did an amazing job with my rather specific travel requests, couple of modifications and changes from the original offer. I was a bit sceptic as usual when I use a travel agency that I never heard of but I have no doubt anymore and can highly recommend Travel Centre especially agent Zac who is very knowledgeable, supportive and seems to be available 24/7 even in late or unsocial hour including weekends!

Efficient and Communicative
