Great service
As usual, we had a great booking experience and made a small saving on the cost. The only minor issue was having to chase corrected documents using our new address.

Excellent service from Travel Club Elite
Our experience with Travel Club Elite has been efficient, polite and helpful throughout our dealings with them so far. They are easy to contact and always willing to help and give punctual responses. They have made sure we got the best deal possible and have provided all the help we need. We were even able to add on our own two week stay with friends at the beginning of the tour and they still provided our taxi from home and booked all our flights for us.
We have dealt with Katlyn, Charlotte and Kay and have found them all very helpful and polite.
Our holiday, 'The Best Of Australia and New Zealand', does not start until January but it bodes well so far.

Excellent service from Travel Club Elite
We have booked two holidays with Travel Club Elite and we go on the first one in a couple of weeks. We booked a second holiday because of the attention and speed of response we got when booking our first holiday. Zoe handled our first booking but everyone else who we have communicated with during the time since our first contact have been very helpful and answered any questions promptly.
We booked our second holiday with Charlotte for next year and we have had the same excellent experience.
Both the holidays we booked are supplied by Riviera Travel and the interface between Travel Club Elite and Riviera seems to be very good and the booking process was straightforward. By booking through Travel Club Elite we got the bonus of a good saving in both cases.
We are happy to book our own trips by booking flights, hotels, experiences etc. directly but with the increasing problems of flight cancellations, flight changes, delays etc we are more frequently now using a travel agent to provide a complete package with the security and support that brings. Travel Club Elite have provide that service for us.
