Your driver was in the wrong terminal
Your driver called me to locate me. Since I am a stranger to the country, we couldn’t understand each other. His accent was very hard to understand, even by a terminal agent. He was yelling!
Finally, after more than 30 minutes of talking on the phone, we found out he was in the wrong terminal !
He said, the company did not give him my name, nor the details about the ship we travelled on.
Poor and sickening experience.

Driver was friendly and helpful. He was 30 minutes late for our pickup due to London commute traffic but we were informed about his delayed arrival.

Ride never showed up
Ride never showed up. Waited from 7am to 10am at cruise terminal. We never saw a driver with our name presented and we were just left without a ride which we paid for in advance…. Never will use these people.

Will not use Travel Compendium again
Travel Compendium needs to consult with customer on flight times. Especially knowing that flight changes incur fees. We had to get up at 3:00 a.m. to get an early flight that Travel Compendium scheduled without consulting with us. Never again will I use this 3rd party service.

Timeliness
Timeliness, luggage assistance; there was a Marathon in London the day we left and so many streets were closed. Apparently our original driver couldn't make it in time and had to call the person who did drive us! Great value!

We were with Dan for four hours on our drive to London via Stone Henge. Great music selection in the car. Knew the sites well. Gave a nice preview drive through the city on way to hotel. On time. Walked the Stones with us. Very knowledgeable!

Positive experience traveling to Southampton for a cruise
We needed transportation from London to Southampton for a cruise that departed on Monday, April 8, 2024 because our train tickets were canceled due to a strike. The service with Compendium was easy to book online and they were very responsive. We communicated via email and they quickly responded to any questions that I had. They arrived on time and even got us to the port a little ahead of schedule. Our driver was friendly as well.
