When our driver picked us up, he had no knowledge of the City Walk tours we were expecting as part of our transfer. He stated that it was not included in his instructions for the day and mentioned it was not on the way to our destination. We had planned to enjoy these tours en route to Southport, so this was very disappointing.
As a result, we arrived at our hotel far too early and were left waiting nearly five hours to check in. One of the main reasons we selected your company was because the tours were advertised as part of the transfer service. Unfortunately, this experience felt misleading and left us dissatisfied.
Given this, I will not be recommending your services in the future.

Additionally, the walking tours are offered free of charge as a complimentary service and courtesy.

However, we believe the information provided is quite clear, and it is at the guest’s discretion whether to enjoy the tours or not.

Coldplay trip
The offer of accommodation with Coldplay tickets was very good. The hotel was ideal and a good location albeit a 15 minute walk from Kings Cross. The booking and tickets arrived on schedule and all the information provided was 1st class. Very happy with the package.

Abba Voyage experience weekend
My friend and I booked the Abba Voyage experience through yourselves and we went this past weekend.
The hotel (DoubleTree by Hilton in Victoria) was brilliant, such an excellent location.
We then took the Evans Evans coach (the guide was brilliant) to the Abba Arena. The experience was fabulous.
We couldn't fault any of it, highly recommend your package

Whole experience seamless
Whole experience seamless. Decent hotel less than 5 minutes to pick up point for coach to the ABBA show (which was also excellent).
Coach drops you at the entrance and is there for you afterwards. Would not hesitate to use company again if they are involved in an event we are interested in.

Hotel was fine and within a few minutes walk of both Victoria coach station and the pickup point for the coach to the show. All went smoothly with no queueing. Good communication.

good transport between locations
our guide Chris was great, however, i wish he would do more as a guide (explain scene, places) when we arrive at location rather than just only during travel time on the bus. makes this just more of a transportation rather than a tour guide.
