This have got to be the worse services ever and I think it is a scam and a fraud. I paid for a return ticket from Cameroon to Nigeria for my dad to attend my wedding which is tomorrow the 9th of August. They have taken the money from account totalling £932.00, I have not received any ticket and nobody is responding to the emails I have sent neither is their number going through. Then I received a rude and unsympathetic email from someone call Waqas telling me that they cannot issue the ticket because the passenger is not the cardholder and that I should wire more money directly to them for a new ticket to be issued - I am still not the named passenger given that the money would have been coming from my personal account, not my dad. I will NOT recommend anybody to book any flight with this travel kingdom agent if at all they are a travel agent which I doubt. They are a fraud!!

I saw an advertisement on their website advertising for flight to Ghana with BA. I made enquiries and paid for the flight. Only for travel kingdom to tell me those flight were no longer available. I asked for my money back but they were reluctant and instead they we’re trying to find me another flight because I was scared I wasn’t going to get my money back I took the offer they give me which cost me more than planned. I paid for two people. They ask for £50 and then pay the rest as they arrange with. You I was due a refund £314 but since December 2022 I am still waiting. They are not responding to my emails or messages on WhatsApp . Mohammed keep making excuses. When he wanted me pay he was constantly calling me
The fact that you have responded to say Mohammed is “
All of your calls were answered and you were already informed on this last month as well by Mohammad. He was and still is on holidays.” Mohammad is not on holiday air Morocco give refund when you cancel flight so why do you want to keep my money. It was okay forcing me to buy tickets from travel kingdom because I was scared I was going to loose my money. When the initial flight was not “available “ why did he not refund my money when I asked for it. You all scammers.

Excellent service and they got me a good flight at a good price. Their customer service is very good. Sheraz was very prompt and of utmost professionalism in handling and managing my enquires. I will use them again.

Exceptional customer service.

Very impressed with the service provided by Mohammad. I was looking at various web sites to find the most affordable fares to Uganda. The Travel Kingdom website worked well but unfortunately did not give flight times which was important to me, so I left the site. Mohammad telephoned twenty minutes later and sorted out my flights very quickly. Follow up with tickets etc was first class. Will recommend to my friends.

I had to travel recently because my elderly father had been taken seriously ill back home. I attempted to secure a flight with various airlines and agents and was about to give up because ticket prices were ridiculously expensive due to summer prices! It was not until I stumbled across Mohammad Bilal at Travel Kingdom that I got my lucky break. Mohammad was swift, yet very patient, polite and sympathetic to my plight. Within minutes of contacting him, he managed to secure three different flights, all favourable and way cheaper that what had been quoted elsewhere. What I liked most about Mohammad was that he never game me any reason to doubt him (considering all the scams going around nowadays). He was very efficient and professional from start to finish and I secured the best deal I was extremely happy happy with. I had a safe journey and my dad is recovering well. I will definitely use Travel Kingdom again in future and would like Mohammad to be the agent! I recommend his services to anyone.

I have been dealing directly with Mohammed Bilal. I have found him to be very helpful and proactive in sourcing the tickets for my elderly parents. He was proactive in suggesting wheel chair access and looked at number of stop overs and waiting times. Mohammed has always been available when I have had to call him and very helpful.
