Travel Mappers Opiniões

Danielle was really helpful in booking our most recent family holiday. Constant updates when required, and then she sent everything over that we could need to make the trip run smoothly, including some little extras. We'll be in touch re the next one soon!

Danielle was amazing from start to finish. She attended to things that I wouldn't even have thought were part of the service, like asking if there were any upgrades available at all our hotels. She was so responsive and took care of every detail. It saved me time, money and energy using Travel Mappers. Honestly, I'll never book a holiday without Danielle again. Just brilliant.

We have just returned from a short break in Madeira organised by Danielle of Travel Mappers. To begin with Danielle was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. She guided us through the choice of holiday and was particular about detail when arranging every aspect of our holiday. She kept in Contact throughout the lead up to the holiday was meticulous about what to do and when, and if we had a query she was quick to answer it. Her contact during the holiday to see if everything was fine was very reassuring and her follow up once we returned was very welcome. My wife and I cannot recommend her enough and will certainly be using her in the future.

Highly recommend Travel Mappers! Danielle is full of knowledge and advice and will go above and beyond to make your holiday memorable and hassle free. We have used Travel Mappers twice this year with another adventure in the making. Booking directly with Travel Mappers has also saved us money! Thank you Danielle xx

Danielle gave us some Super tips and advice for our first ever cruise. These tips enhanced our overall experience . Very professional service. Questions were answered super quickly and documents etc sent in great time. Booking was so easy with secure links. We shall have no hesitation using her services and expertise in helping us plan and book our future trips.

We made our first booking with Danielle for a trip to Egypt. She helped organise our trip, making it a stress - free journey there and back. She provided us with a great selection of tourist attractions, and hotels. Thanks to her recommendations everyday brought a new adventure, from seeing the Pyramids to swimming in the Red Sea.
We highly recommend her to anyone planning their next trip.

A friend gave me Danielle’s contact details as I was running out of time to get a holiday in with my family so I messaged looking for a last min all inclusive and she responded very fast and took time to understand what I was looking for and then came back with suggestions the same day! It was so helpful as I was super busy and she just made it so easy. Something that I would have had to find the time to get everything organised- planning, booking, preparing tickets etc she took great care of. She is friendly, fast response and found great holidays meeting our needs and budget. I will def be using and recommending Danielle again.

Travel Mappers were extremely professional and helpful from start to finish. We had an amazing experience which took all the pressure off booking and organising our holiday. We will definitely be using them again.

Danielle has booked a few trips for me now. She’s so helpful and makes everything so easy. Always responds quickly and happy to help with anything. Have recommended her to lots of people. Thank you Danielle for always doing such a marvellous job and giving great advise and recommendations x

Excellent service again, for our second trip booked with Danielle's help. Short trip to Spain with four teenage grandchildren, no stress and we all enjoyed ourselves. Flights were great times, Southend Airport easy, hotel choice excellent. Danielle's contact throughout the booking process is exceptional. Holiday itinerary, boarding passes etc, all sent in a very handy travel pack means not having to worry about printing it all off.
No doubt we will be asking Danielle again for advice on more trips.

Danielle was brilliant from start to finish and made booking our holiday so easy. She took all the stress out of it, gave us some really good options to consider and worked within our budget to find something that suited us perfectly.

She sorted everything for us, including the holiday, airport hotel and parking for the night before we flew, which made the whole trip much easier and less stressful. She also responded quickly to messages and was always happy to help with any questions we had.

I also really appreciated the little touches. We received an information pack in the post, and everything was also sent by email; Danielle even sent us a postcard to welcome us home!

The attention to detail and genuinely personal service really stood out. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Danielle and will definitely use her again for our next holiday.

Danielle at Travel Mappers arranged a fantastic week for us in Madrid and Barcelona, and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish.

She took the time to really understand what we were looking for and put together an itinerary that suited us perfectly. Her organisation was excellent, and everything ran smoothly throughout the trip. What stood out most was her flexibility and responsiveness—any tweaks we needed were handled quickly and without fuss.

It made the whole process stress-free, allowing us to just enjoy the holiday. We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to use Danielle again. We’ll definitely be booking our future holidays with her.

Danielle provides an excellent service and looks after every aspect of your booking. Her recommendations were great and
we would certainly use Danielle in future.

I would highly recommend Danielle at Travel Mappers , I usually book online but Danielle made the whole process hassle free , from contacting the hotel with our preferences to printing all of our documents and putting them into a handy travel wallet. I will definitely use Travel Mappers again.

First time I’ve used a travel planner and Danielle got a cheaper deal than I could find online. The pack she sent out with all the boarding passes etc were extremely helpful for me which saved another task. I’m definitely using Danielle again

Danielle was very helpful in arranging our trip to Copenhagen for our 25th wedding anniversary. We initially didn’t have an idea of budget so Danielle tweaked things until we were happy, including a later flight home on the Friday. Nothing was too much trouble, and she kept us informed, also providing printed copies of documentation on a handy folder to take with us in case of any issues.

Superb from start to finish. So nice to tap into expertise instead of trawling through yourself. Had a wonderful stress free experience!

Made my first booking with Danielle for a trip to NY. Her service was second to none helping with flights, hotels and attractions. Certain other "little touches " were extremely thoughtful ( I'll leave you to find them out for yourselves, when you make your bookings) . Certainly will be using Travel Mappers again and definitely recommending that others use this great service .
Many thanks for making a trip very memorable

Phil

We were recommended to Danielle by a friend, and so glad we followed her advice.
Unfortunately we can only give 5 stars because Danielle went way beyond our expectations. This was our first holiday abroad in 40 years and we were celebrating our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. Danielle sorted EVERYTHING. even to the point of arranging a surprise card from our family to be delivered to our cabin (our daughter managed to get Danielles phone number unbeknown to us and it was sorted.)
We had an amazing holiday - all the stress and worries reduced as we knew all was in place.
Thank you Danielle. You did an amazing job and we wouldn't hesitate to call on your services in the future or to recommend you to other people.

We couldn't be happier with the service Danielle provided us and would 100% recommend her. When we first contacted Danielle we had no clue where we wanted to go, we just knew dates and that we wanted sun. She gave us lots of different quotes for lots of locations and between us we managed to find a lovely all inclusive in Tenerife. Danielle was friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish and I will use her for all my holidays going forward. Thanks Danielle
