Excellent travel partner to trust!
I am completely satisfied with the service rendered by Travalner during my recent trip to HCM City, Vietnam in November 2022. Though I am not the first time to visit HCM, Travelner had helped me to plan ahead of my trip, with airtickets and hotel all booked in advance. Thanks for Travelner's excellent arrangement so that I could enjoy a hassle free trip despite of this pandemic period.

Terrible experience - they charged the money and have not provided the service!
I have bought a travel insurance via the website, paid the full amount. On the next day customer support have asked to provide the address to issue insurance certificate (why is it not asked in advance before the payment?). After I provided the address nothing have happend for two days - I have tried all possible ways to contact the company via the phone and messangers during the working hours without any luck.
I have a trip in two days and this uncertainty with insurance is very disturbing. Worst experience that I have ever experienced with online travel services.
Order number is #1133215 in case there is any support representative monitoring the reviews.
