I’m a traveler and I didn’t have a legit plan for Dubai but thanks Farah khan, the front desk staff, she organized my trip and was helpful. I recommend anyone who wants to have a great time/awesome tours, speak to Farrah Khan. My trip to Dubai was amazing, good pictures, exciting, learned so much from this tour….I’ll be back for the water tours!

Das wurde uns versprochen:
Eine 4-stündige Wüstensafari mit Quarts, ein Kamelritt und den Sonnenuntergang in der Wüste für 3 Personen (2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind).

Was haben wir bekommen:
Die Anfahrt vom Hotel zur Quartstation dauerte schon 45 Minuten.
Die Quartfahrt dauerte nur 20min, nach Beschwerde bekamen wir noch 10min hinzu, was aber nach 5min beendet wurde. Also 25min Quartfahrt in einem abgezäunten Bereich mit max. Speedlimit von 20km/h. Also kein Quartfahrt durch die Wüste!
Der Kamelritt dauerte 15min über den Parkplatz im Kreis herum (direkt neben der Autobahn, nicht durch die Wüste).

Die Fahrt zum Fotopoint war OK, dank Salman (dem Fahrer).
Am Fotopoint (Wüstendüne) waren nur 20min vorgesehen. Den Sonnenuntergang haben wir dann auf der Rückfahrt im Auto auf der Autobahn gesehen.
Die 4-Stundensafari dauerte nur 3,5 Stunden, diese halbe Stunde wäre ausreichend gewesen, um den versprochenen Sonnenuntergang zu sehen und 1,5 Stunden davon waren einfach nur Hin- und Rückfahrt.

Bei der Beschwerde, meinte der Reiseguide Shijith Jose von travelsaga.com:
"...es wäre ein Missverständnis gewesen..."
Hätte der Reiseguide Shijith Jose uns VORHER über den gesamten Reiseplan informiert, hätten wir NICHT gebucht, erst recht nicht für 500Euro.
Aber das wird er wohl gewusst haben und hat uns absichtlich nicht informiert.

Auch die Aussage, es wären 45min am Fotopoint (die eigentlich nur 20 Minuten waren) gewesen, können wir anhand der Fotos (Datum+Zeitangabe) widerlegen.

Nochmal: Unser Fahrer Salman hat aus der Situation noch das Beste gemacht und das erkennen wir auch ihm an.

Fazit:
25min Quartfahrt
15 min Kamelritt
20min Fotopoint
etwa 10min Safari
Die restliche Zeit Anfahrt und Rückfahrt
und etliche Diskussionen
für 500Euro !!! Viel zu viel!!!

Besser bei einem anderen Anbieter buchen!

Great trip to the dessert last Saturday. Much fun, perfect driving of Malshi on the sand like almost no other and good advise from him, together with carts and food.
Experience I recommend!

We were with our tour guide Amjad Ali on the road to go for a quad drive, sand duning (Amjad really knows how the do this without scaring his clients), sunset fotoshooting and spending time at the camp with dinner and shows.
We had a great time and Amjad took really very good care of us. Even when I had bought something which was too expensive he got the money back for me! He is a great tour guide!
Also a great thank you to the tour manager Muhib who arranged this great day for me and my family.
