Travel SOS - Minibus & Coach Hire Birmingham Opiniões

Picked us up on time dropped us off on time, helped when our luggage was delayed

I used Travel SOS for a fundraising event for Acorns Children's Hospice, driving us overnight to Pen Y Fan and back to the Midlands. The service was brilliant throughout, Usman and Rangy were really helpful in setting up the booking and adapting our route to meet our needs.

We had two drivers as we were traveling overnight and both Ali and Shad were great, really friendly and professional and chatting to our guests. Travel SOS even offered us a cheaper solution when we confirmed our final numbers which was really great of them.

The price was very competitive and the service was great. I would really recommend using Travel SOS and we'll definitely use them again in the future.

For me it's important to give thanks and credit where due and Shanelle was nothing short of the best representative of your business you or we could've asked for. Based on your presale and Shanelle's delivery, I'll not bother to ever use any other coach company when we need to. Sadly we can't use you again for the final as our team bowed out so embarrassingly but we'll be back asap.!

Please pass on our gratitude to Shanelle for looking after us and being so pleasant, professional and so accommodating.

Usman and the team offered a great service and were very obliging to my changing circumstances.

Great service from start to finish very professional and friendly, would definitely use again and recommend also!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing service on time for our pick up and flexible on our collection time at no extra cost driver was friendly and very helpful would use them again because there rates are great

We had a fantastic experience with this bus company. We were visiting from Spain with a school trip. We visitied England for 4 days and had a dedicated service for the whole time we were in England. Our driver Marvin was amazing! He was polite, friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend this company!

Our driver Ali, was polite, pleasant and accomodating to our groups needs.
You could chat with him, but it was us who were tired, so we were a little quite. He was certainly knowledgeable about where he was going etc.
Hope we have the pleasure of Ali's
company again when we arrive back.

I had the pleasure of using this coach company for two separate events, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. The drivers were not only polite and friendly but also efficient in handling all aspects of our transportation needs. They made everything run smoothly and on time.

A special mention to Usman, who went above and beyond to assist us. He was extremely patient and polite as we made several changes to our coach bookings to accommodate different situations. His recommendations were invaluable, and he responded promptly to all of our queries, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout the process.

The level of service and attention to detail exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional coach services. I’ll definitely be using them again for future events!

We booked with Travel SOS last minute. Usman was happy to fit around our needs and requests ( The long day to London and back). The driver (Faisal) was happy to answer questions/requests our passengers made. Overall, very happy with the service provided from start to finish. Will be booking again if needed.

A fantastic experience! SOS travel assisted us in taking 35 students to the theatre on one of their coaches. The coach was first class and the service was incredible. The communication from first booking up until date of travel was exemplary and the driver was prompt and professional. Would definitely use the service again.

Thank you

First class, professional, friendly and courteous service. 12 seater mini bus from Birmingham to Heathrow and return. Driver’s both ways were superb. I can’t speak highly enough of them. will definitely be using this company again and will recommend to family and friends

Minibus for 12 people, airport collection. I would definitely use this company again. We had a very speedy service, good communication, very accommodating with bringing car seats and boosters. Easy to use and driver was very helpful.

Each year my family and I have an historical day out. This year it was to Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage centre and I was worried about driving in a part of the country I didn't know.
TRAVEL SOS to the rescue. From an easy booking process, excellent communication throughout and our wonderful driver Matthew, who introduced himself before he picked us up, I can't praise TRAVEL SOS enough.
We all had a fabulous time and Matthew was very polite and professional and got us all back home safely.
It was an unanimous decision that for our trip next year we will use TRAVEL SOS again and hopefully have Matthew as our driver.

We booked Travel SOS last year for a trip from Birmingham down to London. Communication was prompt and clear throughout which is something I highly appreciate and look for in a company.

The team were flexible in accommodating our needs on the day. We appreciated their professionalism and would confidently recommend them

Driver turned up on time. He was very friendly and accommodating. We had a long drive to London and back to the West Midlands. He offered to make comfort breaks and the experience felt seamless , I would definitely use this company again
