Helen and Sugeila are the BEST! From the very first phone call with Helen to my many calls and emails with Sugeila, they were so confident in their expertise and the process. Even with post office incompetence, they calmed my fears and assured my husband and me that we would have our passports by our trip departure. We did! Travel Visa relieved our frustration and worries
When we were very frustrated and could not figure out the online paperwork to apply for the Chinese tourist visa, Karen Calvo and Travel Visa did the work for us. They took care of the paperwork for us. Karen communicated with us regularly, every step of the way. When we sent our passports through Fed Ex, it took less than two weeks to have the passports, with visas, returned to us. A great relief! (We did pay extra for expedited service, so don't know how much of a difference that made.)

The first company I called could not meet our deadline. But from my first call with Karen at Travel Visa Pro, I felt reassured they could get our visas in time for our China visit and they did!
Their communication was professional and timely.
Executive Assistant Lester Sisson handled all our paperwork and kept me updated. He was easy to reach via phone or email.
