When I signed up for the service, it was indicated 3-5 days. I paid for extra service to expedite. I ended up missing my travel window. My colleague who went with a different service submitted later than I did and got his back 2 days before me. Jessica was a lot of help, but I believe Lester dropped the ball. I will definitely go with a different service. And I paid 3x more than my colleague ($600 vs $1800) and got less service.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Travel Visa Pro and specifically with Karen! We were up against a deadline for getting a China visa and didn’t know the first thing about what the process entailed. She held our hand every step of the way. It can be difficult not knowing where to start and her professional demeanor and knowledge base helped ease our minds. Karen did an excellent job communicating what we could expect in the process and answering all our questions. Although expensive, it was worth it. I would definitely use them again and ask for Karen.

Initial contact by phone was positive; contact with Marco. Process was explained. All other staff who processed our application in person in the San Francisco office on 5/26/26 was friendly and positive; Lester Isison and two other ladies, don’t remember their names. The fee is a bit expensive but service was fast.

I reached out to Travel Visa Pro in a panic the day after Christmas needing a Chinese business visa last minute. I also needed my passport back in my possession by January 3rd for a separate trip that takes place before China. I picked this service because it was the ONLY service I found in San Francisco with a real telephone number, with a real person on the other end - not a call center. Because I live in Montana, and it being the holidays, it was a nightmare to figure out what to do on my own. I called in the evening, and Mac was so kind, understanding, and willing to work late just to walk me through all of my options. I sent them my passport, and the staff gave me updates via text for every single step, from tracking the shipment, to delivering it to the consulate, to picking it up, and verified with me when it was back in my possession. The whole team was beyond helpful and very personable, and made the otherwise stressful process so much simpler. This place is absolutely worth the cost to have reliable and efficient visa services. 10/10.

If you're looking to get a travel visa, as we were to China, don't hesitate to use TVP. I've personally used them on two separate occasions for visa services and have been very pleased each time.
