We met Ross back in 2024 at a travel show, had a good chat and he showed us Explora Cruises. Some time later we went back with an Explora cruise we fancied and Ross pulled together a fantastic itinerary and was so helpful in every way. Ross has so many connections within the industry and he understood our requirements better than we did!

I’ve just recently booked my second holiday in the space of a week with Ross from Travlux and I honestly can’t recommend him enough! Our first holiday was for our familymoon, we already knew the exact destination, hotel & even the specific room we wanted and Ross just did his thing and booked it for us. Our second holiday we was a little more open in the destination and hotel we stayed, we just provided Ross with our dates we where looking at travelling and our budget and he worked his magic. He provided us with lots of options to choose from and we ended up finding another perfect hotel for our family in a beautiful destination and at such a great price too!! We will most certainly be using Travlux again in the future. We happened upon Ross and Travlux one evening by chance in Nov 20. He responded immediately, and within a couple of hours a trip to Dubai was booked. On our return a week in the Maldives was arranged within a week. Ross’ response time is brilliant, his industry relationships get things done, and his suggestions and guidance are excellent. We feel he understands his client’s and their expectations quickly and uses that to reduce the constant questions we have found other operators have. I’ve recommended Travlux to family and friends already and they are now our one stop shop for holidays and business trips alike
