Great customer service!
I was very fortunate to speak with Trevor. He was so very helpful and went the extra mile for me and stuck with it! I booked a trip and while on that trip we had to make some changes to flights and after going back and forth with the airlines they finally refunded, however they sent the refund to Travelodeal. Trevor researched the information found the refund and got it to me. He kept me informed every step of the way! Thank you Trevor!

Excellent assistance from Matt
Excellent assistance from Matt on initial booking of our upcoming trip to South America next year. He was patient and answered questions we had and gave us full information and advice regarding our flights. The only issue was because there was a little confusion regarding our transfer pick up times but that is all sorted out now. I would recommend this company their customer service is excellent,

Harvey was the agent who dealt with my holiday. His customer service skills are amazing. Harvey took time to make sure that my holiday suited my needs, right down to flight times so I could make the most of my holiday.
