Item was shipped as quickly and received as ordered. As it turned out, I did not need the part so they sent a return authorization, and credited my account. I would definitely use them again!

Great service
I previously sent a bad review about this company in error, thinking it was my original treadmill manufacturer. I'm sorry. Here is what I really think about Treadmilldoctor.com:
I gave them my serial number. They told me what belt I needed. I got it in about 2 days. Great service. Better price than the original manufacturer.

Ordered a part that was backordered. It arrived within 15 days of ordering it. I thought it would be months. It was packaged very well and it was exactly as described. I would definitely order from them again.

Great customer service
The treadmill walking belt I ordered last year started to break in about sixth month. I contacted treadmill doctor by email with photos. Jojie, the customer service representative, helped me resolve the problem promptly. I received a replacement belt in a few days. Although I have to replace the belt again, I’m happy for the service. How to fix L2 problem
Kevin was of immense help to me in being able to effectively diagnose my issue (lower control board) and getting the parts and being able to test it and get it working. All good. Kevin is great!
