Treatly offer some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The products are simply exceptional! I would recommend Treatly to absolutely anyone.

I love this company! I have ordered from them on and off for 8 years. They never disappoint. So friendly and helpful as well, which is an extra plus. Just signed up for another 6 months!

A couple of years ago, my husband surprised me with this lovely subscription, and I absolutely loved it! Every set I received was wonderful, with great variety and quality. On the rare occasion that something didn’t fit or wasn’t quite right, it was replaced without any hassle — the customer service is absolutely brilliant.

I enjoyed it so much that my husband gifted me another subscription, and I’ve just received my final set from this second one. Once again, everything has been perfect, and I couldn’t be happier.

If my husband decides to surprise me with another subscription in the future, I certainly wouldn’t be against it — it’s such a treat to look forward to a new set every month. Thank you very much to the whole team for the fantastic products and service!

Great product and service - really responsive and understanding customer care

I signed up to a 6 month subscription as loved the idea of a suprise for both me and my partner each month.

I've now had 2 deliveries and while the items are nice they are more standard items than the luxury items promised and both sets have arrived with a strong musty smell, which takes a couple of washes to remove, not what I was expecting for the price.

A positive is when you email the company as there is no option to change sizes requirements ect via your account on the website, the customer service team replied promptly and were efficient and friendly.

In my opinion is a great idea but overpriced for what you recieve, looking online I could have bought identical items for much less.

This is a faultless service from people that really care about what they do. The lingerie is exceptionally good quality (and I mean top end) and is always met with excitement when the beautifully presented box arrives.

I started with a 6 month subscription over Christmas cheekily to have a present that lasted well into summer, but what made this particularly awesome was that over time, we slowly rotated out her older clothes and ended up with a fresh new drawer of things that made her feel special everyday. What becomes evident quite quickly is how rubbish your underwear drawers look as new exciting things take their place.

Renewing was a simple as dropping an email and you can see in the portal all of the previous orders.

Everything is high customisable and contact is easy via the email... All responses I recieved are super helpful and go above and beyond.

I suspect like some other reviews that Ihave read is that i'll keep the subscription going until there is nothing left to get rid of!

Looking back, I have decided that this is more of a lifestyle choice... you 'could' get the occasional treat or you could decide that life is too short for rubbish underwear and feel special everyday.

My husband signed me up to the subscription and I thoroughly enjoyed receiving gorgeous underwear every month for 18 months. I always loved every set and have some great colours and styles from designers I wouldn’t have chosen in the past.

I ran out of space for the underwear in the end so paused my subscription. However, once I'm ready for something new, I will sign up again.

The service was great, and I regularly recommended the subscription to friends. I'd like to add that the quality of the product is superb and it all washes well.

The lingre is spot on, they look the business. Brilliant quality too. After a year they are still in good condition, compared other "high end" sets that dont stand the test of time. True quality and value for money.
On top of the exceptional products they provide, treatly give you some extraordinary customer service, some of the best that i can rember.
