Great service. Problem with delivery from Yodel. App kept telling me there was an issue with delivery, however did not tell me what the issue was. Eventually delivered but to incorrect address. Luckily enough it was a neighbour but just left on their doorstep. Great service from Ben at treecycling though in chasing delivery up. Only giving 4 star because of the delivery co chosen. Yodel are not the best. Otherwise would be 5*

The delivery was earlier than expected and the piece of wany edge beech wood was better than i ever could have expected.

After following my sat nav into literally the middle of nowhere I found a barn amongst a mud covered farm yard… I entered through an open door to be warmly welcomed by Ben and Nokomis and the heavenly sight of wall to wall stacks of drying timber. I only needed a small piece of character timber for a mantelpiece, which was easily found, but could have left with a van full of tree. A truly magical place with wonderful people who give fantastic service.
